Introduction
Workplace transformation is a process of
adoption of new technologies and techniques
within working environment. The external event
which considerer in this report is covid 19 as
most of the companies are transforming due to
this pandemic and this results in development of
the organisational efficiency.

Project aim and objectives
Aim : “To identify the ways through which workplace transformation is done
during covid 19 as an external event. A study on Amazon.”
Objectives :
•To determine the concept of transformation in workplace.
•To identify the ways through which workplace transformation is done during
covid 19 as an external event in Amazon working environment.
•To analyse the challenges faced by managers of Amazon while using workplace
transformation strategies.

Project management plan
• The scope of this project is wider because digital workplace transformation, it
helps in achievement of organizational productivity and their potential.
• The cost of the overall project is $900. it helps in making use of primary and
secondary research in order to collect data and information.

Literature review
According to Mingaleva, and Shironina, (2021) Workplace transformational is the
process of rethinking of the activities that helps in adopting new technologies and
processes in the organisation. The external event which is considering in this project is
covid 19. it is important to develop their organisation productivity and potential. This
has impacted a lot of organisation. In relation with Amazon, company is getting affected
through covid 19 pandemic.

Research methodology
• Research method : There are two types of research method, these are qualitative
method and quantitative method. Within this study, researcher is using quantitative
method because this helps in getting numerical data and findings. It is collected
through questionnaire survey which brings new and unique information from
respondents. It also resulting in bringing true information (Attaran, Attaran, and
Kirkland, 2019).
• Sampling : Sample size collects in this research is 30 who are the employees of
Amazon and they are developing more effectiveness while giving answers.

From the above it is concluded that workplace transformation is necessary for the

digitally and enhancing their profits. Further managers should have to consider the
challenges in mind.
