Introduction
The workplace transformation can be defined as a method which involves bringing
improvement in the skills, abilities and tools of the employees so that there can be constant
amendments in the strategy of business (Nag, 2021). This report is based on analysis of best
companies which are using talent management strategies so that they could applied to their local
goods transport company. The Accessorize Limited based in Ilford is taken in this report. This
report covers project management plan, WBS, project aims and objectives, primary and
secondary research. Further, it includes recommendation, reflection and findings that helps in
accomplishment of project aim.
Project aims and objectives
Aim: “To analyse the need of digital transformation and its impact on success of business
organisation.” A case study on Accessorize Limited based in Ilford.

Aims and deliverables The aim of this project is to determine various practices of workplace
transformation used in an organisation for retention of employees for
long time. This topic is useful for an organisation because there are
various strategies which could help organisation in enhancing their
productivity and retention of employees. Further, according to this
study, researcher is using primary research, research methodology to
collect data and information (Bucci, 2021). Also, it includes primary
and methods to gather information.
Quality This is a factor which focus on quality of information gathered. It is

helpful for researcher to collect true and reliable information related to
the chosen topic. Researcher is bringing true information results in
bringing high quality of information.
Communication Communication is the next component in project management plan. It
is important for researcher to communicate effectively with the
respondents while gathering information. There are several methods
which helps in collecting information. These are verbal and non-
verbal methods to communicate effectively with the respondents. Non-
verbal communication can be done through email, messages and other
application (Kumar, 2021). In present research, researcher is collecting
better information and developing effective interpretation about a
particular topic.
Time Time is the another aspects of project plan. As researcher should have
to complete a research project on a given time period. For that, they
have uses WBS and Gantt chart to prepare a plan of a given activities.
Hence, that they could complete each activity according to a definite
time period. For this present study, time period which is decided is
about 10 weeks.
Resources This refers to the important part of a research activity because it helps
in better understanding of research paper. For this present study,
resources which are needed are stationary, respondents and time. In
addition, it includes books and journals and different articles to collect
information. These resource helps researcher in collecting better and
accurate information (Senbeto, and Hon, 2021).
Risk Risk can have occurred in every project plan. In this present study,
researcher is facing certain losses such as lack of interest of people,
lack of financial resources etc. Due to which researcher could not be
able to get reliable information about a particular topic.

Part B- Conducting research
Research methodology
Research method: There are two sort of research method such as quantitative and
qualitative. Quantitative method is a method which makes use of graphs and charts and brings
practical information (Barton, 2021). On the other hand, qualitative method is that which consist
of theoretical information, there is a use of books and journals. In this current research,
researcher is using quantitative research in respect to gather the data and information in numeric
way. As there is a use of frequency tables and charts and graphs to get reliable and accurate
information. The questionnaire survey involves close ended questions and it is to be occupied by
responder.
Data collection method: There are two sort of data collection manner such as primary
and secondary. In this current research, researcher is utilising both of the sources. Primary
information is gathered by questionnaire survey that involves frequency tables and charts to
calculate results. This brings true and reliable information (Raisch, and Krakowski, 2021). On
the other hand, secondary information is collected through numerous newspapers and journals.
This helps in gathering theoretical information about a particular topic. It is presented in a sort of
literature review. It is termed as primary sources that are bring more valid data as compared to
secondary sources.
Data analysis - It is termed to efficient analysis of data because the way to assess the
quantitative and qualitative data with the help of utilising studies with analytical method. It will
lead to analyse the factor as primary basis on quantitative information and to measure its
frequency distribution that might be use by investigator.
Sampling: Sampling is termed as the procedure of choosing some of the example of such
sort of samples from wider term of population. As there are two sort of sampling sections such as

they could enhance their learning and knowledge about a particular task which they have to
perform within an organisation. Further, it is recommended that Accessorize Limited should
appreciate their employees for working hard and performing well in the organisation. This
appreciation can be in a form of rewards and awards as well. In addition, Accessorize Limited
should provide effective leaderships management within working environment and engage
employee at a time of decision making process.
Conclusion
From the above it is concluded that workplace transformation strategies are helpful for
employees for increasing their productivity and retaining in an organisation for long duration.
There are various best companies who are using effective talent management practises to
enhance their employees. A Accessorize Limited company should also adopt these strategies to
gain productivity and profitability. While using effective workplace transformation strategies
company can motivate their employees and also gains competitive advantage within their

Task 3- Reflective practice
In order to complete this project, Gibbs model is used to analyse and evaluate all the
situation which comes while conducting all activities (Serrano-García, Bikfalvi, and Arbeláez-
Toro, 2021). This consist of five stages which are discussed below:
Description : This is the first step of Gibbs model, here I have discussed about the
concepts and various situation I faced while conducting this research. This study is based on
talent management which is on best companies. As for completion of this project, I have
discussed about talent management strategies used in base companies to retain their employees. I
have used Wbs and Gantt chart to divide all activities according to the decided weeks. Further, I
have faced certain challenges while completing this project on time.
Feelings : Next step is to share feelings while conducting research. Before starting of this
project, I have certain work to do. During the time of investigation, I was quite happy to do this
research. However, I had faced definite difficulties and deficiency of interest of people,
deficiency of financial resources and so on but I have learned several abilities such as
communication skills that supports tin competing such research task on suitable course of time.
Evaluation : This is the next step which is in which a researcher is taking an evaluation
honest feedbacks. In this step, I have analysed various stages which are good or bad. I have
produce a good quality of work which involves ethical consideration form, project aims and
objectives, literature review etc. to collect effective information about a talent management topic.
Further, I am using primary and secondary data collection method in order to collect true and
reliable information. But some of the things which does not goes right are lack of time
management, lack of financial resources etc. However, I have worked on these issues and
achieve project objectives in effective manner.
Conclusion : In this step, researcher is making conclusion for growth and challenges
faced at a time of this research. While conducting this report, I have gone through different
stages in which there are certain challenges and issues. These challenges helps me in working on
my weakness and learning something new while achieving project aims and objectives. All this
is related with making success and attaining objectives in a systematic way.
Action plan : This is the last stage of Gibbs model. I will divide all the task and activities
in various sections which helps in completing the project on a given time period. In addition, I
have tried to achieve my objectives on a definite time period. But on the other hand, I have faced

certain difficulties such as lack of interest of people and financial resources. So, for future, I will
change my data collection method like I will use interview to collect information. Also, I will
change time management plan and make it effective.
