Executive Summary
The following report is based on the preparation of a business proposal for a web based business
that is being established in Anaheim city of California in USA. The report has highlighted the
key factors that are needed to consider before starting a business and also the factors that can
help it achieve their goals and be sustainable in the market. The Gantt chart and the table of start
up expenses have added great depth to the following proposal.
Mission Statement
According to the management of Linkxcom Solutions the mission of the organization will
be to ensure the best relationship with the potential customers both during achieving the aims as
well as after the demands of the customers are met. Therefore the main motto of the organization
will be to ensure the ultimate customer satisfaction for the customers of the business.
Their mission statement is as follows;
“For the customers and with the customers always”
Description of the Business
As mentioned earlier the following business will be involved in the process of Web
Designing as well as graphic designing and intends to start their business in a small scale in
Anaheim City of California. The management however has plans to expand the business across
USA, once it starts to earn profit. The expansion plans of the business will help them to compete
favorably with the other companies involved in the same business. The main aim of the company
for the time being is to build a solid business structure that will be able to support the present

requirements as well as the future aims of the company. The management of the company has
ensured to hire the best possible employees and supervisors to manage the organization in a
proper and efficient manner.
Management Team
To support the above said statement the management of the organization has decided to hire
a number of different people for varied positions namely;
 Chief Executive Officer
Ricardo Ferrara- Mr. Ricardo Ferrara has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer
of Linkxcom Solutions and she will search for opportunities to increase the efficiency of
the management. This includes proper recruitment policies, introduction of training
programs, planning strategies, monitoring, selecting, communicating the values and
objectives and also ensures a safe, hassle free and friendly working environment. Creative Head
John McDonald- Mr. John McDonald has been selected as the Creative head of the
company with a number of different tasks at his disposal. This includes the serving as a
project manager of the organization and working directly with the employees. He will
also be responsible for the designing of different concepts for the websites and will be in
direct charge of the copy writing and layout of the chronological advertisement plans for
the customers of the Company. Human Resource manager
Rose Drinkwater- Ms. Rose Drinkwater has been appointed by the management in the
role of the Human Resource Manager and she will have the responsibility to manage the

Human Resource department of the organization smoothly. Recruitment, staff induction,
proper coordination with the employees, assessment of the employees are some of the
basic duties that needs to be carried out by the organization. Sales and Marketing Executive
A number of sales and marketing executives need to be appointed by the management to
look after the proper branding and promotion of the products and services of the
organization. Finance Manager
Andres McCollum- Mr. Andres McCollum has been recruited by the management of the
organization as the finance manager of the organization and he is accountable for looking
into the financial aspects of the organization. Web Designers
Web Designers form an essential part to the success of the organization. The web
designers are the people who interact with the clients and manage all their requirements.
The web designers are the people who are involved in different optimization services and
design the web portals according to the choices of the clients. Content Writers
Content creators have to be hired by the management of the organization to facilitate the
