through ascertaining about their skills and attributes. This will motivate us to work more hard
from them and achieve higher professional growth at workplace. Also, the opportunity is present
in form of gaining skills have by others in vast development of own personality that is distinctive
in all manner. The main aspect that will have huge contribution towards understanding own and
others skill is known as psychological perspectives. There are many perspectives that define the
reason behind the behaviour of a person. All these are known as psychodynamic, behavioural,
cognitive, biological, cross cultural, evolutionary and humanistic (Goer and Elliott, 2019). All

work on the basis of need and not able to complete all the tasks within given period of time.
The same is also told by my peers and tutors that I lacked in time management skills and
unable to perform multiple works at single time. I got confused and unable to focus over any
