INTRODUCTION
The goal of this study is to build skills of self-reflection based on the manner of work and
research. This is about what students in this course have experienced that can relate practice to
the potential. Simply a reflection and self-awareness aim to offer effective governance to
participants and boost their employee productivity (Appelbaum, Kogan, Vasarhelyi and Yan,
2017). This research also allows readers to consider the perspectives of what to do in the short
term and long term objectives. Most significantly, a person would be able to earn revenue and
develop their ability to define, interpret and evaluate.
MAIN BODY
How do you define the business?
People are among the most critical variables in defining business. LeBow (2017) stated
that "clients would never love a business unless it is first loved by the workers." This suggests
that if they do not treat their workers properly, the organisation would not be able to survive.
There are two key goals in company. The short-term goal is the first element, as per Bryson
(2008), since small businesses likely keep whenever a new company comes on the market at a
tough period. Secondly, profit maximization seeks the way for all company employees from
directors to staff to earn as much money as practicable.
Why did you choose this course?
I can select this course to know about the business strategy and which factors mostly
affect the environment in positive as well as negative manner. Through this knowledge use
different approaches of business and know how to they are related with business environment
with direct manner.
What kind of past experience (or interest) do you have in this area?
In this area I had good experience in grocery store where I was working as sales person
that time I met different types of people. The store keeper prepared a team to marketing their
products and motivates them to meet customers with confidence and present products
effectively. That time I was learned many things and attract me for business. They were using

different strategy of marketing and learn how to keep customers happy and which time apply
different strategy like discount, coupons, free gifts and many others. Slowly I could take interest
and decided to learn all the business activities properly to establish own business.
How has your experience (academic, work, etc.) prepared you for this course?
My experience encourage e to start my own business so for this require to have proper
knowledge about the business and which type strategies, methods, concepts and approaches are
using in flexible environment. So I have decided to take admission in this course where I can
meet different people and learn all things closely. My work become the reason for this course
and takes all the responsibilities positively (Chekh and Vinnyk, 2017).
How do you ensure the required outcomes of your course are met?
I can assure about the required results of my course are met when I learn about the
business activities properly and analysis which factor on the business positive and negative
manner. When I easily apply all the concepts in practical and get advantage for longer period of
time so that times I assure that this course help me to establish my business in my own way.
What can you do to manage and monitor your studies to a successful conclusion?
To manage my study in proper manner I can make a time table in which mention all those
things which are important to do so accordingly make my plans for study, business, market
research and any other things. It helps me to keep focus and submit assignments on time
properly. To get success through this course to communicate with my professor in regard of
different business ideas and research to know of their pros and cons that helps to analysis
different business ideas. I can do meditation to keep calm my mind and focus on my goal to get
successful conclusion at the end of this course (vom Brocke, Zelt and Schmiedel, 2016).
As you think about the future, how might you apply your studies in later life?
As per the my point of view studies are always working in our life even in future also.
When I am learning about the business environment that time learn different concepts which are
not using by me at the starting of my business. Some methods and concepts are also using late in
future life. Thus, it is saying that I can use my studies in late life because some times in future
face many problems that affect to my business that time my concepts are helping me to fix the
problems and use right strategy to come out from the problems.

What kind of goals would you like to set for yourself with regards to this course?
There are different types of goals are setting by me in regard of this course these re
mentioned below such as:
 My first goal is become business man and set own business and well manner.
 Analysis the market conditions in proper manner to know how different factors affect to
business in various manner.
 Interact with different types of people who have deep knowledge and help me to become
successful business man (Phelps and Szabat, 2017).
 I want to apply changes in market and fulfill the requirement of customers on time with
their demand.
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussion it is analyzed that self assessment is most important that help
us to understand yourself and take own decisions without any problems. It helps to understand
inner thoughts, ideas and know that how to fix the problems easily. There are different things
that I can learn during the course and clear my concepts easily.
