PART A
Considering about my own experience, I can say that I have developed varied skills and
capabilities in terms of managing my personal and professional aspects (Margerison, 2009). I am
a student of accounts and I wish to get into the job wherein I can use all my accounting skills and
capabilities. In order to specify about my experience, I would like to integrate it with DIEP
format which gives knowledge about diversified facets.
In order to proceed forward for accounting studies, I wanted to enhance my accounting
capabilities and skills so that I can learn the ways to become a good accountant (Slater,
2010). For that I focused on several training and coaching aspects.
While working on this semester, certainly my skills will be improved as I will focus on
diverse accounting courses and studies (Gijselaers, 2013). At the same time, I need to
focus on continuous learning process so develop my capabilities.
While working on developing accounting skill, I accessed several studies and courses
which also helped me in enhancing my knowledge aspects. Henceforth, I feel optimistic
while working on developing such skill.
In future, the skill would definitely help me as I will try to execute all aspects in
professional contexts (Rose, 2008).

While working on this curriculum, I have worked with several team players; hence I can
say that I have worked suitably in a team. I maintained adequate and direct communication with
all the team players which also helped me to get the work done suitably.

Therefore, according to the above table, it can be said that while working with the team
members, I ensured that I am following suitable communication so that I may not miss any sort
of important aspect in information transmission process. Stating about individual review, I have
given ratings to all the team players as per their performance (Klein, 2005). However, I will be
speaking to each of the team member so that I can manage improvements in people in the best
possible way. Along with the same, one thing which I would like to specify is the support of all
team players in preparing the curriculum. This made out team work appropriate and it has also
contributed in amending my experience as well.
