Reflective
This discussion will base on the business environment and its impact outcomes.
Business is a process that depends on the various processes including sales, marketing,
accounting, inventory, supply chain, and many others (Chaffey, Dave & White, 2010). I
learned many important things from that course, which is beneficial for my personal and
professional development. In addition, basic processes can be managed using knowledge
sharing and other processes. In addition, the business environment has provided knowledge
and understanding of business processes (Chen, Chiang, & Storey, 2012). It is a basic need
for a business to know about various elements to manage the business. It is necessary to
develop new skills to manage all the processes. Moreover, learning is necessary for personal
and professional development.
Moreover, the reflective journal has used for documenting various things included
learning and experiences from our daily activities (Hargreaves & Page, 2013). I learned about
the development of skills during this course that is important for my professional
development. According to me, self-awareness is necessary for the identification of strengths
and weaknesses. It is the best way to improve my skills in me. Most of the people have used
reflective practices to develop new skills (Johns, 2017).
Based on my past experiences, I learned that self-analysis is the key to success. It is
beneficial for growing my knowledge to manage business processes. It is necessary to
develop different types of skills to manage businesses in a proper manner. It is the basic need
of a system to manage all the business processes in a better way (Duggan, 2011).
I am highly excited about undertaking postgraduate studies to learn about business
environments, which is a great addition in my career. I would like to mention my thoughts
about the studies at Torres University (TU). In addition, it will be better for me to study at TU
