look closely at the strengths and weaknesses of a person in planning their long-term goals. It
is essential for businesses to look forward to planning their resources considering their skills,
in this business report, a clear comprehensive has been carried out using the professional
board and industry analysis. This will support individuals to improve their approach towards
product and service development. The overall assessment will help the individuals to look
forward to learning new skills, involve new ideas, and technologies to achieve their targets
successfully and achieve their business targets.
Based on the shifting demands of industry, it is important for individuals to possess
several skills and capabilities in achieving their targets successfully. Some key skills include
financial management, marketing, sales, communication, leadership, project management,
and time management. Effective implementation of these skills determines if an individual
can execute business operations smoothly or not. Individuals are required to seek expertise in
the different field of work, for example, accounting, economics, finance, trade and
investment, marketing, and others. Meanwhile, business individuals are required to work
management and organisational business structure to achieve their targets successfully. As an
individual, I intend to outline my individual skills and capabilities to outline soft gaps
beneath it so that it can be fulfilled accordingly (Baldwin, 2016).

regulators and the military. People with a personality are responsible for their actions and are
proud of the work they do: when they work to achieve a goal, logistics do not have the time
or energy to complete each task with accuracy and patience.
b. My Capabilities – Analysis
My academic majors are marketing. It is an important part of business development as
it assists marketers to look forward to planning a clear message for its targeted customers. My
academic strengths include working on creative subjects to develop new ideas. My personal
values include gaining new experiences, financial security, and family assistance to adopt the
right focus in improving my focus. As an individual, I have been looking forward to
improving my time management skills so that I can improve my approach towards working
for challenging projects (Morgan, et al., 2015). From what I have learned, time management
is very important for business because it helps managers/business owners to plan new
projects and achieve them accordingly to their determined time framework. Another
development area for me is to improve my approach to communication. I have been working
to improve my communication skills especially associated with communicating with my
team, right now, I am enhancing my skill set with my colleagues in university (Drovnikov, et
al., 2016).
This supports me with developing my communication approach towards enhancing
my skills to achieve my approach towards business management. My previous experience is
based on working in a Café, as a volunteer to help the church fete, in sport netball club, in
school exchange Germany, and as Deakin Commerce society. This has improved my
approach towards building strong customer service skills; it has taught me to be good with
people and build resilient skills (Draper, et al., 2016). My personal dashboard has involved
