town residency. It is a housing association which operates in London. The objective is to provide
housing for local communities and support to all vulnerable individuals. Luton town residency
manages various housing blocks and supported housing also.

have relevant data and information and with the help of artificial intelligence companies
create a better sense of information very fast. With the effect of COVID-19 pandemic the
concept of artificial intelligence has created an impact in the form of helping all public
health officials so that they can analyze in determining infection rates.
Artificial intelligence in context with human jobs:- Due to COVID-19 pandemic it was
determined that major effect has been created on global economy on constant basis. Due
to this impact a prediction was been made companies could be making a deal with the

detailed analysis of employees in terms of learning the level of motivation, society of

working was getting applied and in context with this there was lack of skills and talent
was there. Remote working was completely a new concept for everyone so staff members
were facing the issue of learning collaboration as well as communication stages as they

been faced and so on. So, in context with analyzing the above research I have applied Gibbs
reflection model which helped me in formulating overall learning experiences that was received
from documents. It is further been explained as below:-
Description:- From the above research report I made a decision to carry out my whole
research on different topics so for this me and all my team members divided different
tasks and overall activities which are needed to be performed in efficient and proper
manner. This was done so that we can carry out each task properly. In determined that as
remote working got started after the phase of COVID-19 pandemic it created an impact
on each staff member in relation with providing solutions and also establishing certain
strategies. Besides this I analyzed that due to remote working people faced loneliness in
context with working on the basis of all financial service as well as other elements too.
By effectively doing overall research I got knowledge that there are many other options
to deal with the issue of remote working in the major pandemic. As while looking at
other organizations proper safety and security was been maintained.
Feelings:- When I carry out my whole research project I decided that I would make use
of knowledge base document. At the initial stage I was not much confident because I had
not effective knowledge regarding the concept as well as topic but after few period of
time when i started working on this I felt it very interesting because with the help of this
perspective my knowledge was getting enhanced. With the help of this it was helping me
in building up my career and shaping it in such a way overall efficiency gets developed.
In accordance with the above research report I not only enhanced my knowledge base but
also improved various communication as well as interpersonal skills and talents. With
such major improvements the overall data which I needed to carry out overall report.
Evaluation:- From the research report I have determined that due to the phase of
COVID-19 pandemic was that almost all types of companies selected the aspect of
applying the method of remote working which is defined as doing work from home. With
the help of working from home effective level of security and safety gets maintained but
at the same point of time many issues are also faced by them. I analyzed that to deal with
all situations there is a need of effective level of motivation and it also involve the phase
of proper training and development which helps in building up the efficiency level.

Analysis:- Throughout the research article and overall documents I analyzed that during
the phase of pandemic the only for company to carry out all the operations was remote
working. It was done through various technological elements staff members would be
able to do business operations without losing the job. So, it was determined that all
operations were been properly maintained. Apart from this I also determined that many
employees were feeling the phase of loneliness as they were not able to get out effective
information on all aspects.
Conclusion:- While doing this research I am not able to conclude that remote working
was a very efficient way which each organization can use in the phase of COVID-19
pandemic by working remotely. Though there were many issues associated with it so
with respect to proper methods were able to solve it.
Action plan:- There are various types of action plans which I can use in order to enhance
my career aspects. With the help of this knowledge report and overall research which I
did there are sections which I can use in order to deal with all kind of issues associated
with pandemic situation. This report provided me proper guidance in carrying out overall
business operations which are needed to deal with important situations by taking out best
precautions so that proper safety as well as security can be maintained. With the help of
overall document I received proper guidance and with the help of this my knowledge got
enhanced on both theoretical as well as practical basis.
By carrying out the overall report in an efficient manner I determined and enhance my
knowledge regarding the concept of remote working which are used by many organizations in
difficult situations in order to maintain efficient sufficiency level in relation with overall survival
in markets. In accordance with the report of Luton town residencies they provided detailed
information regarding the usage of remote working in order to deal with the phase of pandemic
which is now increasing day by day. From the above research report I evaluated that pandemic
has created an impact on different human resource practices in context with usage of technology
as well as applying the method of remote working. I also determined that doing work from home
was done on wide manner in terms of having a normal life with proper efficiency and along with
this the technology of artificial intelligence was getting used. I also determined that though
remote working was efficient but at the same point of time there were many issues and
consequences also associated with it due to which impact was done on human resource practices.
