The SEEK Limited is one of the leading companies of making online employment
possible in the world. Therefore, this research analysis will be focused on to make a brief
description of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats regarding the current
state of online employment business segment. Therefore, a SWOT analysis will be
conducted on the recent business process and marketing strategies of SEEK Limited in
order to make a stand out recommendations for drawing benefits for the company in further
time period. Hence, the SWOT analysis will be conducting an immense interactive process
which will assess effective cooperation among the departments of the organization
according to the marketing, operations, information technology, finance and strategic
planning.

Strengths:
Being one of the leading online employment website in the segment, the Seek limited
has several strengths that help it be a leader in the market shares and penetrate new
marketing strategies. Some of the strengths of SEEK Limited are –
Good Returns on Capital – Seek limited receives funds from well-known business
families from Melbourne. Yahoo and several venture capitals invests in them,
therefore Seek Limited has encountered valuation of $132 million in 2003 and raised
it with a market capitalization of $587 million in the year 2005.
Robust Market Share – Seek Limited has claimed to have 73 per cent brand
awareness in the market, resulting it possessing more than 30 per cent of the market
share in Australia.
