Introduction
Strategic organizational culture of the companies will be essential components of the
organization which will play an important role when it comes to run the organization
successfully. In this report, the research will be conducted on strategic organizational
culture and its role, importance in the organizations as well. The data will be collected
using secondary data collection methods which include different journals, articles of
