Work life balance is very important for the employee. If there is no proper balance
between personal and professional life then this will create problem. So in this

In this case study the Leah has talk about the Ethnographic research. Leah had
taken this approach because in her view the data that is collected is ongoing and
is based on direct observation. Ethnography is the branch of anthropology. By
using this approach the research try to understand how the people live their life.
Here the Intel or the investigator observes the observer in natural environment
rather than in artificial surrounding. Ethnographic approach is used when the
research is of qualitative nature. Here a social interaction is made and in depth

CONCLUSION
From the above case study it is been disused that many employee failed to
maintain work and personal life and that create problem for them. In this case it
is also happen with Leah as in previous job she is not able to balance due to
which she decide to switch the job. If the work life balance is not balanced then
lot of problem is created like stress, frustration. And this all is created by either
by work pressure or by family problems. So it is very important that a proper
balance is necessary.
