INTRODUCTION
The research methods are being defined as the various methods which are being used in
order to evaluate and complete the study successfully. It is necessary for the company or the
researcher to select appropriate research methods so that research can be completed in proper
manner. The present study is based on analysing the impact of different strategies of motivation
for improving the job satisfaction among the employees.
Understanding of various research methods
While working of the problem of analysing employee satisfaction strategies the method
selected was the qualitative research methods. This was being used for completing the research
in better and effective manner. The use of qualitative study was undertaken in order to develop
theoretical knowledge relating to the successful completion of the study. In addition to this, the
research approach undertaken was the inductive (Bryman, 2021). The reason for the selection of
this approach was to set the aim and objective for the study and then to direct the working in the
same direction. Moreover, the philosophy used was interpretivism as it does not involve any of
the factual information. Hence, this study will develop a good knowledge relating to the various
strategies used in increasing the job satisfaction of the employees within the company.
Evaluation of challenges faced in data collection
For conducting any type of research there are different types of the challenges being
faced by the researchers. These challenges might affect the completion of the study or may
impact the working and quality of the outcome (O'Brien and Aliabadi, 2020). The major
challenge faced while gathering the data was that there are many different sources through which
data can be gathered. Also some of the sources provide similar data. So at this point of time it is
difficult for the researcher to decide which source of data is better and valid. In addition to this,
another challenge or problem being identified within the study was that there are many different
types of meaning of the same words. Hence it is very important that the words within the study
are selected in better and effective manner so that the working can be managed (Dźwigoł, 2019).
It might be possible that the word selection of the researcher is not good and this might affect the
working and successful completion of the study.

Critical evaluation of appropriateness of methods
The methods selected for the completion of the study are appropriate and good for the
successful completion of the study. The reason pertaining to the fact is that these all methods
being used within the study are in accordance to the qualitative study only (Argyres and et.al.,
2020). Hence, this provides for a better and effective working and successful completion of the
research. The reason behind this fact is that all the methods being selected are appropriate for the
qualitative study. Hence, as a result of this, the whole study was successful. The use of
interpretivism was successful as it is suitable in case of the qualitative study as well. On the other
hand, in case the positivism philosophy was used then this would not be suitable in case of
qualitative study (Nunkoo and et.al., 2020). The reason behind this fact is that positivism
philosophy involves using factual data and this will not be suitable for effective working of
qualitative research.
Personal reflection
This whole project was effective in developing good learning relating to the effective
research methods and with research problem that is strategies for increasing employee
satisfaction (Adams and McGuire, 2022). The present study included the use of qualitative study
but the use of quantitative will also be assistive. The future implication of the research will be
that the use of quantitative study will be providing better and effective working and good output
as well. The reason behind this fact is that this will improve the working of the study in better
and effective manner. When the quantitative study will be conducted then this will be providing
much better result and precise and accurate answers. Along with this the present study will be
useful for the other companies as well. This is because of the reason that in case of these present
outcomes these can also be used by companies dealing in same industry (Litosseliti, ed., 2018).
Moreover, the current research consultancy project will also be useful to the other
researchers who are doing the study on the similar topic. This will be very much assistive
because of the reason that it will guide the researcher that how the study is being done and
objectives have been achieved. Further the learning from the study was that there is high
requirement of having good researching skill and effective time management (Camacho and
et.al., 2020). This is necessary because of the reason that in case research will not be done in
correct manner then this will be affecting outcome of the study. Moreover the good time

management skill is also very crucial. The reason underlying this fact is that when the work will
be accomplished on time then this will be resulting in better outcome.
Thus this will be improving the outcome and result of the study. Further it was also
evaluated that the use of the effective coordination skill is also necessary (Kelley-Quon, 2018).
The reason underlying this fact is that all the activities are being related to one another and in
case any activity will be delayed then this will result in delay of whole study. The reason

2018). So in case literature review will be delayed then further all steps will also be delayed.
This will result in overall result decline and might affect the working of the study in successful
manner.
CONCLUSION
The above study concluded the use of research methods is essential in order to improve
the working and successful attainment of the objectives of the study. The above report inferred
that the use of qualitative study was helpful in order to evaluate the working and attaining the
objectives of the company in better manner. Also, it was analysed that challenge faced while
gathering data was to select the appropriate source of data.
