The study is based on a human resource topic which is employee turnover. The
employee turnover affects the sustainability of a company in a detrimental manner and the
efficient management of the decrement of the mentioned rate is regarded as success factor for
the enhancement if the organizational performances. The study identifies two different pieces
of business research on the selected topic. The study delivers important information regarding
the research methods, research questions and the relation of the business research pieces to
the selected topic.

The basic concept of the business research piece is the identification of the factors that
contribute to the employee turnover in the banking industry of Kenya. The study investigates
the Imperial Bank Limited for the evaluation of the influential aspects that shape the intention
of leaving the organization amongst the employees. The study is seen to be perfectly
designed for the evaluation of the aspects such as training and development of the employees,
mentoring and reward system and along with that, the study is focused in identifying the link
between the mentioned aspects with the employee turnover. The basic objective of the study

affect the employee turnover in the business society of the nation and that highlights the
relatedness of the same with the selected topic which is employee turnover. The question is:
What are the factors that contribute to the employee turnover in the private employment
sector of Malaysia?
The principle research method utilized in the study is structured questionnaire based survey
and the data collection method was quantitative data collection.
Conclusion:
On a concluding note, it is visible that the basic concept of both the studies is
employee turnover. From both the studies, it is understandable that the employee turnover is
based on the factors such as overtime, overworked, politics in the organizational context, the
career development, reward system and mentoring. The success of the companies in
managing these aspects is much required for reducing the employee turnover rate.
