Necessity of the ethical review procedure
Ethical review process is effective to gain the benefits and reduce the risk of harm within
the University research setting. This should be conduct ethically as ensure and whilst the
remaining sensitive towards requirements of researchers. If there is gape of ethical approval than
individual researcher bears the delicate liability for the any claim. The objective of the ethical
review process is to safeguard the applicants and researchers. It is effective to demonstrate and
follow the acceptable ethical standards regarding genuine research study that improve the
recruitment potential. This is appropriate to increase the litigation and help to solve the disputes
(Research Ethics Committee, 2020).
Methods of research
Ethical principles should be taken within the account by performing the master and
undergraduate level dissertation research (Laerd Dissertation, 2020). Following are the methods
of research.
 Minimize the risk of harm
Obtain knowledgeable consent from participants. Protect the participant’s anonymity and
confidentiality. It provides the participants to withdraw rights from research at any time.
 Obtaining informed consent
Participants should be volunteers and take part without deceived and coerced. These include
particular educational, naturalistic, and organizational research setting.
 Protecting confidentiality and anonymity
This is research ethics practical component. This is effective as provide the approachable ways to
overcome from issues as aggregate the data in tabular form and set the rules to ensure the
minimum number of units presented before the information.

2020).
Interagency advisory panel
It was developed in November 2001 through Canadian research agencies. These are
Canadian institute of human research, Social sciences and humanities research councils, and
natural sciences & engineering research council. This will help and support the advancement of
its joint research ethics program as Tri-council policy statement is ethical conduct regarding
research including human being. This address the effective practices regarding health research
