Introduction
This report include the basic reflection which are related to overall project completed
by me and understand the concept of social media marketing strategies. To analyses the
impact of social media content and the issue which are face by the organisation, the research
is conducted. Further, this research is very helpful in gaining some effective sources and
make some strategic information to analysis the concept and make some effective growth
(Coughlan and et.al., 2021). A brief reflection is conducted which are based on the overall
experience for completing the project. All of these information are effective and helpful for
analysing and conducting next research assignment.
Research problem
While I was considering the research topic, it has been very difficult for me to
understand and analysis the research problem which are face by market and needed to be
resolve. Further, my team analysis that digital or social marketing is the very effective and
important for the industry for make a huge impact over the decision making process. I
analysis that the social media influencer make some effective strategies to work and make
some strategies to change the buying behaviour of the customer. While working on research
questions, I choose to opt four main question which generally elaborate the problem and their
solution of social media platform and its impact on the company’s customer buying method. I
learned the basic need of customer who are adversely change their opinion and behavioural
pattern regarding and influenced through the use of different social media usage by the
competitors.
I have been learned so many things to understand and analysis the research project,
within the time period. With the help of this research method, I enhanced my communication,
data analysis, critical thinking and team management skills. Whereas, me and my team are
work with the proper guidance of the teacher. Still, we have faced many issues to complete
the project. Like analysing the right topic and choose the best question to complete research.
All of these are helpful in understanding the knowledge and make some effective growth to
work and make some effective changes within the tome period (de Schepper, Sotiriadou and
Hill, 2021). With the help of it will be considered as per the first sector and make some
strategic approaches and this part is can be considered as per the management of part one in
research project.

Reflection on Literature review
While conducting research project, I learned different aspect and growth to work and
manage the article to analysis the effective and right choice. After analysing some major
changes, it has been analysing some effective changes which are related to make some
secondary research. I have been analysing some major issues and make sure to work as per
the chosen questions. I used different journals article and online sources which help my team
to work and social media platform and make subjective accounts. I and my team are related
to analysis some major changes within the specified growth. I have been analysis some major
divided into three mainly three parts. Which are affected and helpful for the growth which are
related to make social media strategies, and make some major business for work and retail
within the industry. With the help of major impact of social media, the major buying
behavioural control and make some major customer for the retail industry to analysis some
effective changes (Jiang and Zheng, 2021). With the help of some major understanding of
retail industry, which are effective and helpful for the company and make some effective
growth to achieving higher sales and profitable value within the company. With the help of
these literature review concept I have been analysis to understand the concept of plagiarism
and paraphrasing concept which make a helpful activity to work and make some major
changes. All of these are helpful for analysing different concept.
Reflection on research methodology
With the help of research methodology technique, for the major strategies and make
some effective growth to make effective research philosophies, research deign, and
approaches which are helpful for the company to work and make some major effective
approaches. Here, I am trying to use the right and appropriate approach which are helpful for
considering different aspect and major changes within the time period. I have used
quantitative research method, which are helpful for being analysis and make conductive
research approach for their own statistical data which are helpful for considering different
aspect. Further, for collecting primary or secondary source of data, I have been used
questionnaire for primary source of data and literature review, books, online journals and
many online article are used to make the secondary source update (Ohajunwa and Mji, 2021).
For completing questionnaire, sample size is choose and make some effective growth to
analysis the problem solving approach and make some effective consideration techniques.

And in last, I work on the analysis and their interpretation to work and make some
effective growth over the time. Further, some major changes are used and evaluate by
effective summary and research outcome are used. I have been learning different aspect and
make the changes as per the management criteria for the accomplish nature. These all method
and adoption technique are used to work and manage as per the sources which are helpful for
considering different aspect and make some source which are relatable to some major
changes and their growth as well (Salari and et.al., 2021).
Conclusion
From the overall research project, I have been analysis and developed some major
skills. I have insight many issues, challenges and growth which are helpful for me to develop
the concept and make some nominal growth during the completion of research project.
Further, I have been learning different concept and make some analysis which are related to
effective concept and make some major challenges, solve them with effective outcome, work
in a team, and experienced the challenges and new opportunities which are greatful for me.
All of these are helpful for me to understand the concept and make some actual growth.
