1. Learning experience refers to the interaction or program that provides learning of
academics to the students in the outdoor environment. Learning experience can be
regarded as one of the most important aspect in the lives of the students as it provides
them opportunity to research on various topic and develop writing skills as well. My
opinion on learning experience is that it gave skills to express what I feel through my
written papers. This experience holds a value that no other activity or person can provide.
2. This learning experience is useful to me in many ways and it will further help me in
various courses of actions as well. Initially, it can be said that this process helped me in
developing my skills and attaining a positive and accurate approach to complete the
course and program as well. The systematic work conducted in assessment one and two
will help in conducting a logical approach to complete the course. All the courses,
programs and assessments that I am doing are definitely going to benefit me in my future
prospects of life. It will diversify my mind that will further help me to appropriately look
at the situations and identify the variable outcomes as well (Suskie 2018). This new
knowledge will further help me to take right decision in the environment considering my
experiences.
3. In the learning process, I was encountered with various situations that helped me in
developing my skills and capabilities for the future prospects of life. While working on
the assessment, I was confronted with various situations as well with the help of which I
gained accurate knowledge about the topic, literature review and the research limitations
as well. In order to work on the literature review, I read many online books, journal
articles and papers; I saw that all the authors have their diverse point of view for the same
topic. In fact, some authors explain the same meaning but with use of different languages
might many times create confusion in analysing the correct meaning (Savery 2015).
There was difference in what I saw, read and hear. For instance, while understanding the
process of business outsourcing, what I saw and read were not same as there was
difference in theoretical and practical environments. Also, under this case, every person
told me their point of view regarding outsourcing which was different every time.
4. The business research on the two topics that I presented in assessment one and two
benefitted me in analysing research learning process. Initially the research helped me in
attaining knowledge about both the topics that are business process outsourcing and its

advantages and disadvantages related to the company IBM. This research initially helped
me in analysing this process on an overall basis and then conducting a research specified
to only one organization. The business research helped me in evaluating the theoretical
concept along with the practical implication of outsourcing on a specific company as
well. It diversified my thinking capabilities to look at various business operations as well
that further developed as a learning experience.
5. The major reason due to which I performed the particular activities initiated in the task
one and two as because it was the area of my interest. The conducted the research on
business outsourcing because I thought that it will definitely help in my professional life.
Also, this is a subject that every business person is confronted as this activity has become
very common. Thus, in order to gain knowledge about this field I conducted the
assessment to design my understanding. The outsourcing industry is at its boom now and
one should have adequate knowledge about the workings under this industry (Entwistle,
and Ramsden 2015).
6. The learning from the assessment will effectively apply in my future prospects of life.
For instance, in some time from now I will face various situation in my professional
career, so if there comes a situation where I have to monitor the outsourcing activity or
convince the board to conduct outsourcing of some business functions. Then I will not
face any problem in doing that as the learning from these assessment will support my
research and findings. Also, it should be noted that a source of knowledge once attained
never harms anyone as it will definitely provide benefit in future (Kolb 2014). So, I am
sure that the experience gained from these assessment will further help me in my future
professional career.
