INTRODUCTION
Learning experience can be described as the acquisition of skills and knowledge by a
proper method of teaching, study and gaining experience from others. Learning is the most
essential part of human’s life. Each action which is taken by an individual can be considered as
the result of past learning and experience. Learning helps an individual or group in enhancing
their skills and abilities through gaining proper and significant knowledge about any component
that are useful for their career and future growth. This report is based on the study about my
personal experience.
AIM
Aims can be described as the points which provide a proper assistance to a person
towards their target and goals. These are some clearly defined components that help in moving to
the right direction. A researcher prepares a research report in order to improving their skills and
knowledge for the purpose of gaining growth and success. My major aim motivates me to grow
and to succeed , I have learned so many things through lecture and past reports. My major aims
are described as under:

Effectiveness of learning experience
Learning is useful for each individual in their life or career. Each kind of learning helps
in a person in improving their skills and knowledge which is beneficial for them in gaining better

future projects or dissertations. It is required for each researcher to having a vast knowledge

personal experience research learning helps me in evaluating various aspects of research which

According to my observation ethical issues are very much important these are very much
impactful in the whole procedure of research work. So it is required for an investigator to resolve
issues and obstacles which are arises at the time of conducting any kind of investigations. There
are various kind of ethical stances which may negatively affected on projects such as
universalism is an absolute rules and regulation which are unacceptable in research work.
Situation ethics can be considered as the stance which are based on assessment of different cases
and not able to justify the means of any particular topics. Some kind of issues are reflected
through the questionable practices and that are known as ethical transgression. Questionable
practices are involved in the part of data analysis and it plays most essential role in gathering
proper information and data for carry out the research activities in a right direction, so that
proper result has to be made in most efficient manner. A research project is a combination of
various mixed methods, which are important for a researcher to follow in appropriate manner in
terms of fulfilling the work in desired period of time.
My personal opinion about my own experience is that this kind of knowledge are very
important for person who are go in the field of research and development department. The
particular learning helps me in enhancing my knowledge about various aspects of research which
are essential in completion of work or different components of accounting terms that are
important for conducting any kind of accounting or financial projects. Learning also helps in
providing a significant way in acquiring relevant information through applying qualitative or
quantitative methods. Overall the learning related with business research helps me in increasing
my working ability and skills which are important for me in my future progress and growth.

accounting terms which leads towards growth and progress of my accounting career. This is
