Introduction
Hospitality management industry has effectively created a high job role opportunities for the
people in Sydney. The industry is a broad that provides services to the concerned customers
that includes lodging, transportation, food and beverages, cruise line and other different
fields. The following reflective approach in the report will answer several aspects of
effectiveness on the learning process and the importance to develop personal skills for
working effectively in the concerned industry.

1. Evaluate the effectiveness and your usefulness of the learning experience
Learning experience is an interaction, program and course that shares definite knowledge and
information in which learning takes place. While doing the research I have come across
several aspects of the designed process (Kolb, 2014). The experiences has effectively pushed
me towards developing my standards and helped to cultivate a better understanding of the
situation. As per my opinion, the learning experiences benefits any individuals to learn his or
her weaknesses towards the different approaches that the person tends to work in the place
hence such experiences improvise the personal skills in understanding better alternatives and
efficient ideas towards the next attempts. Learning experiences puts on definite values in
order to work efficiently in the workplace.
The values refer to great learning experiences while focusing on self-effectiveness in the first
place. The values that I have figured while doing my research has effectively shown the
achievements that I have acquired during my learning experiences, which reflects various
aspects in improvising myself by being rich visually, being interactive to the individuals and
enjoying the overall process. Such factors have enriched my learning that can never be
substituted at any cause.
The experiences have inspired me towards learning new things and hence encouraged me to
pursue different knowledge and education beyond the research topic that I was creating in the
workplace. As a learner, the experiences have added values in understanding the new areas
that I have not experienced before.
2. Explain how this learning process will be useful to you
Learning experience has shown useful corners in terms to achieve the course, program, future
career and my life experiences (Best and Kahn, 2016). In terms to my course, the learning
experiences have developed my understanding ability. The areas which were not clear to me
theoretically were cleared with the help of the research experiences and my learning
capability to understand those different aspects present in the hospitality career. The course
has helped to gain knowledge about the hospitality sectors and its functions in the place.

In terms to my programs, I have experienced a lot from my diplomas and internships that
helped me to acknowledge certain new practical aspects, while working in the sector I have
experienced the job opportunities provided by the hospitality sector for the people in Sydney
has increased effectively in the place.
While selecting this sector as my career I have learnt a lot from the experiences to enhance
my working process in the sector. I have gained the knowledge about employee satisfactory
aspects that to earn a credible amount of profit while delivering effective products and
services to the concerned customers. The experiences has also taught me the constructivism
corners that had lead me a lifelong learning while bringing together the learning from the
various sources in the workplace hence reflecting my life experiences.
The new knowledge that I have gained will help me to understand the neglected areas in
terms to the hospitality management and human resource capabilities in order to take right
situational decisions that involves integral, valid and informative approaches towards my
future working.
3. Describe objectively what happened in the learning process
The learning activity refers to the process of gaining information and knowledge in order to
enhance my personal skills while practicing and experiencing the hospitality activities in the
workplace and hence learning the outcomes from it. Such knowledge enhances the skills that
I have gained in the entire process (Melero et al., 2015).
In order to obtain a better learning process I have registered myself to the hospitality
coaching centres in order to learn the basic and enhanced functions of the hospitality industry
working in the marketplace. I have also gone through different books and articles that have
given me a broad understanding and knowledge towards the process that the hospitality
management organisation tends to work in the marketplace. There are several books and
journals that I have referred to and the learning outcome from those has effectively helped me
to understand the different aspects of hotel management skills in the workplace.
I have also attended the events and lectures organised by the course teachers that includes
special guest appearances or the personnel from the hospitality industry has shared the on
field experiences in the industry has given me a better perspective about the working
operations in the hospitality industry.

While doing the research I have adopted both the qualitative and quantitative research
methods, hence the questioner outcomes has given me a broad knowledge about the
respondent’s views towards the hospitality management and hence acknowledging me the
needs of a customer in the place.
4. Evaluate what you learn
The business research process has essentially involved the process to acquire necessary
information towards the professional purposes and knowledge towards commercial purposes
(Bryman and Bell, 2015). The process has also helped me to determine the industry
opportunities and objectives of the concerned business. The research has helped me to build
the knowledge of certain areas on sales transactions, employability, customer handling and
different departmental responsibilities while providing efficient learning from the activities in
the research learning process.
The research process has also helped me to understand the certain areas that reflect various
issues that arise in the working field of the hospitality industry. Issues such as cultural and
communicative issues are the most problematic areas that I have identified in the industry.
Hence, as per the learning process, I have acknowledged that the effective communication is
necessary in the various departmental areas in order to work effectively in the workplace.
The research has also provided me with new knowledgeable aspects in hospitality sector in
order to improve my management and decision making skills. The learning process has
provided me the necessary guidance to polish my skills and understanding the positive areas
in depth. The continued education process has helped me to push my self-capability in
understanding the customers concerned in this sector. As it is very clear that the hospitality
industry has the only goal to serve and provide better services and customer experiences. The
learning process has acknowledged me with those important aspects to meet such goals
effectively in the place.
5. Explain your learning process
The main purpose or the reason to develop the assignment is to understand and analyse the
different attributes that reflects the hospitality sectors in relevance to the enhancement of
providing job opportunities to satisfy the concerned persons (Gan et al., 2015). The
assignment has also refereed the effectiveness of productivity in the hospitality business. The
learning I have obtained from the assignment process has informed me about the

organisational approaches in terms to imply policies and other ethical or moral aspects. While
understanding the research approaches in increase of large number of job opportunities in the
hospitality industry for the people in Sydney, I have also learned the certain aspects on
economical status and GDP of Sydney that has been increased due to the hospitality
contribution in the marketplace.
6. Explain Plan how this learning you will applied
The learning that I have obtained from the research process has developed my decision-
making skills and given a brief knowledge on how an organisation works efficiently in the
marketplace. Hence, the research analysis has given me the in depth understanding of the
conceived framework of the hospitality organisation working in the place to satisfy the
customers and hence providing high job opportunities to the deserving people in Sydney. I
have also acknowledged the organisational policies that an organisation adopts to ensure the
business objectives towards both the employees and other concerned peoples relating to the
organisation. Hence, such knowledge will help me to work more efficiently in the industry in
the future while identifying the certain consequences that an organisation faces in the
competitive marketplace. The main learning aspect that I have concluded from the study
refers to improve my effective communication skills in order to build an effective
relationship with the employee and client based personals that will be present in the
organisation.
