programs should be arranged for giving training from the specialist team of psychiatrist,

1. Introduction

them to support their daily curriculum activities. The government should develop action plan
for providing accommodation and services to the learning disabled persons (Knapp, Astin,
Beecham, 2016). The research study focuses on the difficulties and challenges which are
faced by the disabled persons in leading a normal life. The purpose of this paper is to
investigate on the services provided by the government to the disabled person for
understanding and challenging behaviour. The need of the disabled persons should be
understand so that effective services and facilities should be provided to them. The legislation
and rights should be developed for giving values to the learning challenging people. The
family burden can be reduced by initializing new service model. The quality of services
provided to the challenging disabled persons can be effectively improved by developing
effective service models.

The people suffering from mental health face problems in managing effective communication
with the other persons to lead a normal life. They require support from their family members
and care taker to overcome the complexities of their life which they are facing in their day to
day activities. The emphasis should be given on managing effective and periodic
communication with the learning disabled person for knowing their requirements, needs, and

complexities. The public services should take the responsibility of providing value to the
challenging persons. The learning institution should be developed for the challenging
individual to lead a normal life without taking any supporting help. The accommodations and
other facilities should be developed which is capable of managing issues, requirement, and
need of them (Hollomotz, Gordon, Hughes, and Haring, 2018). The new procedures, policies
and framework should be developed for the signification growth and sustainability in the

are asked by the interviewee to analyse their perception on the learning challenging person
daily curriculum activities. The perception and the vision of the interviewee parties help in
analysing the problems which they face in teaching and educating learning challenging
person about the fundamental concept of life.
Questionnaire:
Questionnaire was arranged with the doctors, care taker, specialist trainer, family members to
analyse the difficulties which they face in managing communication with the learning
challenging person. The research questions were prepared such as Do you feel difficulty in
handling communication with them, Do they require extra love and care, How you handle the
situation of complexity with love or anger, Do they performed their daily curricular activities
without any help, and others. The perceptions of the participating units are collected in the
proper format so as to analyse the way of communicating and promoting better life and
standards for them.
Survey:
Survey was organized at the NGO s and organizations that are treating and educating the
mentally challenged persons with love and affection. It helps in analysing the way of treating
the learning challenging individual and guiding them to learn a lesson of life and live a life
smoothly by face the complexities effectively without any external help. It had been found
that the organization helps in developing strong character which makes them to face the hard
times of life with courage and bravery. It prepares them by giving training for the future
reference.

The literature review should be conducted to give emphasis on managing effective and

Survey is chosen for the study because It helps in analysing the way of treating the learning
challenging individual and guiding them to learn a lesson of life and live a life smoothly by
face the complexities effectively without any external help.
Literature review helps in reviewing the future research performed on the learning challenges
which are faced by the mentally disabled person to lead a smooth life.
Limitation and Advantage
The limitation of the undertaking research methodology is that the perception of the
participating units in the program of interview and questionnaires can be different which
creates complexities in analysing the facts for measuring the performance of the training and
education program arranged for the challenging persons.
The advantage is that the facts of the real life scenario can be collected. The analysis of the
problems which are faced by the peoples that are indulged in the program of giving training,
educating, and care to the mentally challenging people can be effectively carried out.
4. Results
The evaluation of the research analysis helps in finding the area of concern and the limitation
of the current working structure and program arranged for handling the person who is facing
learning difficulties. In the current working programs the laws and the legislation are not
developed by the government for the construction of special accommodation and
arrangement of training and educational program to guide them the way of living so that the
learning challenging person can lead a better life without any supportive help (NHS England,
