techniques of data analysis work are considered especially useful for having a detailed
understanding of the underlying motives and reasons for the survey conducted. It provides
insight into the problem environment. At the same time, ideas and hypotheses for later
quantitative research are frequently developed (Almalki 2016.). In qualitative survey some
common source for conducting survey focuses on the quality of interviews that may be
organized, semi-structured or organized; and the qualitative research is gathered from the focus
groups with several participants discussing a subject. Postcards or written questionnaires in
small-sized formats that, for example, ask three or four focused participant questions, but give
them the space to write in their own words.
Whereas Quantitative research uses statistical techniques to analyze the data and acquire
the understanding of the population in quantity. It includes the estimates, percentages, or quotas
of the survey in quantitative terms (Rutberg and Bouikidis 2018.). Quantitative techniques of
data analysis work are prepared by the quantity, percentage form, or in numbers. In a quantitative
survey, some common sources for conducting surveys either online, by telephone, or in person.

number of times a particular occurrence happens, such as how frequently a term is used in
interviews or the coding of observational data to translate it into numbers.

Response to Question 2: Qualitative research is called exploratory and seeks to
uncover patterns in thoughts and beliefs, whereas quantitative research uses statistical data that
can be translated into statistics to measure the issue. Quantitative research is more preferred than
qualitative research because it is more scientific, quick, objective, concentrated, and appropriate.
Qualitative work is, however, used when the scientist does not know what to expect (Mumba and
Alıcı 2018). It is used for identifying or developing the problem and resolving the question.
Quantitative work concludes with findings and suggestions in attempting to measure an issue by
searching for outcomes that can be replicated on a large population and to explain how
widespread this is. The question is, how many and needs a theory to be a hypothesis. Using
quantitative methods of analysis such as A / B validation testing or design choice based upon
user satisfaction, usability metrics, and task performance. The data obtained from it is
statistically accurate and can be applied in general. Quantitative research is essentially helpful
when researchers need input from more than a couple of participants; need to make a more
compelling argument to the audience; want to collect input from a large group of users not all
located in the same location; having a limited budget (Queirós, Faria and Almeida 2017). The
quantitative analysis seeks to make forecasts, create facts, and test theories that have already
been established. It tries to locate proof that supports or does not support an underlying theory. It
checks and validates already-constructed hypotheses on how and why phenomena arise.
