AI Summary
This report provides a comprehensive overview of various research methodologies applicable to business development. It details the use of quantitative research, including the application of a deductive approach to analyze the relationship between theory and research, and the use of experimental research designs to assess the impact of independent variables on dependent variables. The report also covers the use of case studies for in-depth analysis and the application of probability sampling techniques to determine appropriate sample sizes. Furthermore, it discusses the use of thematic analysis and statistical software like IBM SPSS for data analysis, as well as the collection and analysis of both numerical and descriptive data. The report also explores the application of Nvivo for mixed methods research and narrative analysis to understand participant experiences and draw relevant conclusions in the context of international staffing. Overall, this report provides a detailed examination of research methods used in business development, offering insights into various data collection and analysis techniques.

Summary:
In the present research report there are different types of research methodologies that are to be
used for the purpose of reaching towards relevant recommendations and conclusion. There is use
of quantitative research where there will be application of deductive approach to analyse the
relationship between theory and research.
In context of research strategy, there will be use of experimental Research design to analyse the
probability of change in an independent variable that is caused because of dependent variable.
There is use of case study technique as a research design to analyse in depth study of a particular
situation. It is related to a specific organisation and can be explored with the various real life can
text in a one single case.
Further, there are different types of sampling techniques that can be used by the researcher in the
present research there will be use of probability sampling. It is going to assist in identification of
the sampling size and deciding on a suitable sample size.
Sample size is influenced by the confidence of required data, margin of error, type of analysis
and the overall size of sample question.
For the purpose of making analysis of the collected data there will be use of thematic analysis
technique. In this there will be use of terms that emerge from the analysis required for the data. It
is generally derived from the terms that are used in the existing theory and literature.
Researcher will also be focusing on some of the software techniques for the purpose of data
analysis. It includes IBM SPSS that is statistical package for social sciences a widely used
technique for quantitative data. There are different categories of data that are collected by the
researcher it includes numerical data where values are measured by numerical and in quantitative
terms. In present research, further there is collection of descriptive data that include those values
that cannot be measured numerically but are classified into categories or sets. This type of data is
used for the purpose of understanding the characteristics to describe a particular variable. For the
purpose of analysing the situation of international staffing as the research topic this method will
be applied by the researcher in order to reach to achieve the laid aims and objectives.
Further, there will be use of Nvivo that is developed by us our international that is used as a
mixed methods research technique for the purpose of analysing qualitative collected data. For the
purpose of making qualitative analysis it will be linked to narrative analysis that includes
research contexts. In this there is analysis of the participant’s experiences to understand the

process of collecting and analysing the complete story of these narratives. This approach is very
helpful in making comparison of the different types of narrative accounts that are related to the
same situation to reach relevant conclusions.
