INTRODUCTION
Project management is a term which may provide effectiveness in planning, executing,
initiating and controlling tools and techniques. Where it help to managed their whole project and
achieve specific goals to meet there specific success. A project mangers helps to define the goals

goals. The present report is based on CSR activities, is is corporate social responsibilities,
whereas, it used to providing effectiveness in under developing organisation. Nisa company has
been chosen for this study which is small scale retailer of food items. In this present report
covered aims an objective of the firm and analyses there CSR tools. The report has been develop
for the analysis work breakdown structure and Gantt chat. Along with that analysis all research
report with quantitative data or qualitative data sources. This report will cover recommendation
about their CSR activities which is applying in mentioned company(Carroll, 2015).

P1 Aims and objective of Nisa
Nisa is a one of the small scale retailer company which is provide food items in UK. The
main objective of this retail firm is to deliver the effective services to gain their competitive
advantage over the other market. On the other hand this utilized the benefit of CSR activities for
improving their organisation working situation and effectiveness. CSR activities is laid on there
improving their society level. CSR activities is a process where company contribute their such
amount of income in their under developed organisations or else society. It is helps to increasing
there company performance and creating a good brand name in market.
Aim - The main aim of this organisation is to promote the sustainability in the organisation.
Objectives:
 To identify all aspects of the project management and CSR activities.
 To provide effectiveness of CSR activities in an organisation.
 To identify their various qualitative data source and quantitative data , which is aid to
develop there research analysis(Crane and Matten, 2016).
 To understand there various methodologies of measuring work performance.
 To generate financial suitability and profitability

tools and working methods(Ebert and et.al., 2014).

Project management plan is based on their planning procedure. Whereas company
generate their blue print about there whole project activities. It is help to providing systematic
