1. My personal contribution to the topic selection, problem definition, research question,
writing of Topic approval submission, and team charter. How I experienced this and what
I learnt from it.
The main aspect that is considered in the process is that the selection of topic is
performed in a manner that each and every member of the project have played an important part.
This playing of an important part includes the fact that better management of the report
execution can be done (Zhao, Liu and Yang 2019). Topic selection have been an important
process as this have been acting as the core of the project.
Problem definition is performed by me. This section was included in the section that I
have been performing. According to me this is the main part of the work.
Research Question has been developed by me. This section ensures the fact that better
assessment of the entire report framework is done in this section. The research question have
been providing the pathway for the entire report (Fadhly, Emzir and Lustyantie 2018). Hence it
can be stated that the research question is creating a platform for the entire research process. The
research question that have been set in the process to create a proper understanding of the
chronology that will be followed in the report formation process.
Topic approval have been one of the main aspect that is to be considered to be important.
In case the topic approval is not done, the entire project completion will be in vain.
Team charter formation have been one of the major aspect that is to be considered in
understanding the contribution of each member of the project. This section ensures that proper
understanding of the project completion (Hart 2018). This section ensures that with the help of
the project charter, understanding of the specialization of each team member.

2. My personal contribution to the literature review report, i.e. search process,
summarizing of relevant articles, designing the outline/argument/structure of the literature
review, writing up the literature review. How I experienced this and what I learnt from it.
Literature review have been performed by me. The entire literature review section have
been performed with the help of rigorous research process. This research process includes the
fact that better assessment of the research process. This section have been including the fact that
both secondary and primary data collection and analysis is performed in this process. This
section also includes the fact that the research processes are well known to me in a proper
manner (Pautasso 2019). This section also helps in better management of the data management
process. Data from different research process have been performed in a manner that proper
assessment of the data will be made. Different processes that are to be implemented for the data
collection process and data analysis process is performed in a better manner.
The experience that have been gained in the process will be proposing the fact that I have
understood the importance of the referencing of the data that is collected in the process.
Importance of authenticity of the data have been well understood. This section ensures that
authorization of the data have been providing a better understanding importance of the copyright
process (Koons, Schenke-Layland and Mikos 2019). This copyright process have been ensuring
that proper management of the report formation can be done.
3. My personal contribution to the research methodology report, i.e. my role in discussions
about methods, sampling, questionnaire design, data collection, analysis and interpretation.
How I experienced this and what I learnt from it.

The questionnaire designing have been done by me. It can be stated that the data sets that
are present in the process will be helping in a better manner. This section ensures that proper
report formation can be performed. With the help of better question development, the better
understanding of the business management can be done. Data collection have been done by me.
Usage of secondary data sets have been performed (Quinlan et al., 2019). This will be proving
better assessment of data collection and this will be helping me in performing future projects.
Analysis of the secondary data that are collected by me via secondary process have been
providing better management of the data analysis process. Sampling is not done by me and this is
one section that I am working on at this moment. After completion of the working process it will
be ensuring that I will be capable of performing the data analysis as well as the sampling process
at a whole. This is one of the major aspect that is to be considered.
4. My reflections on the research experience, insights I gained, and any issues, struggles,
challenges, synergies I experienced, individually and in the teamwork
My experience of completing the research process have been high. This section ensures
the fact that proper management of the further research processes. This section have been
providing me proper experience for completion of different projects that will be performed under
a group. The insights that I gained in the completion process of the project is that team work
have been one of the important aspect that is considered (McEwan et al., 2017). This
consideration have been helping in bettering the process of communication with other team
members. The main struggle that have been faced by me in the completion of the project is that
the ideology of the entire project have been different for each member and reaching to a
centralized point of view have been an issue. Communication process have been another aspect
that is considered in the process. This communication process have been effecting the entire

research process. This research process have been affecting the operational process of the
research.
At a whole it can be stated that the research process have provided me proper experience
regarding team work and this might be acting important in the process of better assessment of
future research works. This research works have been ensuring the fact that better assessment of
team work can be performed.
5. My statement indicating which sections of this research project I personally wrote and
what I learned from this experience.
The experience that I have gained from the process is that organizations have been
providing better assessment of the technology management. This management have been
ensuring the fact that innovation in the technology process have been getting introduced in the
Australian business proposals. Usage of PESTEL analysis also acts important in the operational
process. This section helps in better description of the management and this management will be
helping in better proposing of the competitive analysis of the different Australian business
organizations. Performing investigation regarding the operational process of the organizations
are also considered. This section also ensures that the operational process is considered as one of
the major factor that will be ensuring the goal of the project is accomplished or not. This
accomplishment of the project planning have been acting beneficial in the process of research
process. The main sections of the project that I have written are namely the introduction of the
research process. The research questions that are stated and considered as the pathway of the
project. Literature review have been performed in a process. This section have been one of the
major aspect that is considered. After proper description of the literature review, findings of the
project have been discussed by me. It can be stated that proper discussion of the finding will be

ensuring that better management of the business report will be made and the research report will
be performed in a better manner.
