1. Evaluate the effectiveness and your usefulness of the learning experience
This investigation is useful and effective for me because it has built my innovation and creative
skills. This investigation has increased my comprehension about concepts of creativity and
innovation in an organization. Through the introduction section, I have learnt that there is
growing retailers in Australia and also burden on suppliers and manufacturers is increasing and
continues erosion of scope. I have also gained my knowledge that innovation and creativity is
competency of person that helps in developmental implication regarding system. From the
literature review, I have generated my understanding about the creative and innovation aspects. It
is pointed that there is high opportunity for designing that helps to increase the value offering of
the company. It is observed that there is certain corporation such as Proctor & Gamble, Inc, and
IDEO that consistently depicts the outcomes of this integration (Amabile, 1988). This research
was also valuable for me to gain my experience in the application of design thinking to business.
In this way, I have learned that creativity can be created via using corporate structure. In this
way, it is evaluated that open-minded management is required for addressing the potential
brought by combining the integrity creativity into the procedure.
2. Explain how this learning process will be useful to you
Through this investigation, I have increased my knowledge about the innovation management
and success. In this way, it is observed that company should focus on experimentation,
acceptance of risk and right to make a judgement. I have also gained my learning that

I read about the application of innovation and creativity in learning organizations. In this way, I
have learned that learning companies use an effective strategy for building the operational and
informational perspective to attain the required excellence. I hear that self-orientation aspects are
another kind of innovation at the workplace, which is known as open innovation. I also observed
that it is performed by parentally and fragmented funded subordinate company. This method was
useful for me to focus on an innovative area and aids me to become good innovator at the
workplace.
I have generated my knowledge about the research questions and hypothesis. I have pointed out
that the research question can be categorized into two parts i.e. primary and secondary type. This
helps to arrive at research objectives by responding to each question through the literature review
(Davis, 2010). I have also created my understanding that the research hypothesis is beneficial for
assessing the relationship between two variables. In this way, I have learned that this research
study focuses on two variables i.e. innovation and creativity, and business operation (Coulson-
Thomas, 2018). As a result, I am able to make a hypothesis for further investigation.
