My personal contribution to the topic selection, problem definition, research
question, writing of topic approval submission, and team charter. How I
experienced this and what I learned from it
I obtained positive as well as a negative experience. I also contributed to identifying the
research topic that could be imperative in meeting the research objectives. Moreover,
the team charter is essential to classify the acts that are essential in obtaining a higher
competitive advantage (Pohl, et al., 2017). In this, I contributed to identify the steps that
are considered by out term in writing of the research questions. I also analysed that
topic identification is essential in getting higher competitive advantages. Moreover,
research questions could also be essential in conducting the study in matter. It is
observed that there are creation sources that are considered by me in the study named
websites, books, online and offline sources. It is illustrated that I read many things for
effectively writing the report (Artzt, et al., 2015). From the application of such sources, I
would also be able to effectively conduct the study and meet the research purpose.
Further, I also met my mentor and comprehend what we need to change in the report. It
would be effective in meeting the research task (Trelfa, 2018).
My personal contribution to the literature review report, i.e. search process,
summarising of relevant articles, designing the outline/argument/structure of the
literature review, writing up the literature review. How I experienced this and what
I learned from it.
In this report, I gained my understanding of different ways that are entailed in the
literature review named as search procedure and design of literature review. I deeply
evaluated the procedures which are effective in accomplishing the research task.
Moreover, I also collected the opinion and views of my teammates towards the research
issue. In additionally, I entailed many resources due to collecting reliable information
about the research matter (Petrova, et al., 2017). I understood that the literature review
section is used for critically evaluating the specific issue and reach a favorable
conclusion. I also understood that how we summarize the whole study in the least time.
I also understood that each person has suffered from different issues due to lack of time
and we are unable to manage the task on time that creates difficulty for us to meet the

quantitative methods that are considered by us to meet the research objectives. I direct
my team towards the selection of the research method because this method was more
effective as compared to others. I contribute my best to the research. I have higher
knowledge towards the research tools hence I was able to inform each teammate about
the importance and difference between the methods that were imperative for us to
select the suitable research method. In this, I increased my understanding about the
survey through questionnaire which is effective in gathering the direct responses of the
research candidates towards research issue. I also increased my knowledge about
different source that are considered by me to meet my research concern. I also
increased my knowledge about different sources that supported to meet the research
concern. In addition, it is examined that the questionnaire could offer a way to the
individual to conduct this study in an effective manner. This tool will aid to researcher for
accomplishing the research matter. It is illustrated that the survey through questionnaire
could aids to investigator to meet the research issue. Moreover, investigator could also
facilitate to meet the research purpose. In addition, it is examined that this tool is
effective in getting reliable information towards research issue. The researcher would be

My reflections on the research experience, insights I gained, and any issues,
struggles, challenges, synergies I experienced, individually and in the teamwork
From my past experience, it is also addressed that my perception has been changed
about many things as it is associated with the performance of the research activities.
Previously, I thought that the research process is very simple and easy and it could be
easily completed by anyone. But, after the completion of my study, I realized that it is
hard to complete. Along with this, I faced many issues that could be imperative in
getting higher competitive advantages. At the time of working in the team, I realized that
due to different opinion and views of participants could create the higher conflict
probability that affected to the quality of the research outcome (Carpenter, et al., 2019).
It is evaluated that teamwork could make the smoothness in the whole process of the
study as it would be imperative in meeting the organizational task (Hillis, et al., 2015). It
is also examined that teamwork is essential to meet any task in the least time. It would
also increase the consistency of the research result. I observed that my teammates
were belonged from the different cultures that create issues to understand each other
but I inform each other as each member is important for our team. I also explained that
in the absence of any teammates out result will be hampered afterward my teammates
give the value to the thought of each other. It would affect the research outcome
(Helyer, 2015).

I increased my depth knowledge about many things that improves my personal skills
that supported me make an effective relationship with others for a long time. I personally
wrote the research methodology section due to having depth knowledge about this part.
From this, I observed many new things that could be affected the quality of the research
outcome. It is observed that the research scholar should be aware of the methods as
well as needed to read best research books and increase their depth knowledge
towards the research method due to selecting suitable methods. I also analysed that the
researcher should also be aware of the research tools that could be effective in a
meeting of research purpose. I learned that a research scholar should be needed to
