Topic Approval
I developed my understanding of networking as well as developing a relationship. I
met to each team member and comprehended ways by which the topic has been
approved. Topic approval is an essential section for any study (Xie, 2017). I read
many articles, books, and journals for making a research topic. I met my mentor and
take the approval of the research matter. I also gained my understanding of how
networking is effective in conducting study effectively and meet the study objective.
This study is emphasized on religious diversity in the working place. I gained my
depth information about this topic that facilitates an investigator for meeting the aim
and objectives of the firm. I observed that religious diversity could be significant in
the recent era hence investigator has selected this study to conduct the study.
Literature Review
In this section, I gained my understanding of the literature review conceptual about
the research matter. I also observed many factors affecting religious diversity in the
working place. I gained my knowledge about the benefits of religious diversity. I
observed that religious diversity is being an imperative concept as it affected the
overall outcome. It is evaluated that religious diversity could create communication
issue at the working place that affected the overall organizational task (Koenig,
Bolden, and Kymlicka, 2015). I observed that conflict has been arrived due to the
different religions as it could affect the overall productivity of the firm. There are
certain elements that might be affected by the overall outcome named as conflicts,
communication, and negotiation (Zhao and Lounsbury, 2016).
The religious diversity could be effective for the attainment of the organizational goal.
It is evaluated that sometimes people who have suffered from different culture could
directly impact on organizational performance. I understood that if an organization
give the value to the different culture of people then it could be supported by getting
a reliable result. I understood that diversity is being a major issue for the attainment
of the organizational task. I also gained my knowledge about the different sources
that might be affected by the overall outcome. I understood certain steps that might
be affected by the overall result (Zhao and Lounsbury, 2016).
In this, I understood that the different religious people at the working place could
offer an opportunity to the organization to increase their productivity as each member
of the firm could show their interest towards a different culture and make a positive
atmosphere (Xie, 2017). The different culture of people could also give their best
contribution to the decision making threat could also be imperative for the attainment
of the organizational task. Thus, it is addressed that the organization could make
policy regarding religious diversity for increasing the productivity of the firm. This
section was a very essential part of the study as it facilitates to each member of my
team to get the depth data in the context of religious diversity and make an effective
decision. I feel that the literature review is essential for taking the decision towards
the research matter (Koenig, Bolden, and Kymlicka, 2015).
Business Proposal
I also gained my understanding of literature review that affected the overall outcome.
I gained my understanding of the working plan that will offer an opportunity to an
investigator for the accomplishment of targeted goal. I deeply evaluate literature
review for summarizing whole study (Freist, 2016). I gained my understanding of the
search process sources to meet aim and objectives named as Google scholars,
business sources, and emerald. It could be effective in obtaining a reliable result. It is
evaluated that the organization could consider different sources to make a reliable
conclusion.

I increased my depth information about the importance of a working plan that could
also be affected by the overall outcome of the study. I understood the different
procedure to collect the data in favor of the study outcome (Giordan and Pace,
2014). I observed that the literature review is an imperative part of the study as it
supports to increase the depth conceptual understanding of research matter. The
working plan could be imperative in getting positive responses. I also gained my
understanding of the sampling tool that assists to me for selecting the suitable
sample size for the accomplishment of the organizational task (Walford, 2017). I
understood that the sampling tool could consider two kinds of methods named as
non-probability sampling method and probability sampling tool. I gained my depth
information about the research matter. I observed that the sample size is effective in
getting a favorable outcome. A sampling tool is an imperative tool for operating the
research activity and make a reliable conclusion. Sampling tool is effective in getting
a reliable result (McKim, 2015).
The data collection is an effective tool for operating the business procedure to the
attainment of the organizational goal. The data collection tool could consider certain
factors named as primary as well as a secondary data collection tool. (McKim,
2015). It is observed that the qualitative and quantitative method is considered in the
research to get the conceptual as well as non-conceptual information about the
research matter. I also observed that the data collection is an imperative part of the
study caused of supporting to get a positive result (Griffiths, 2015). I also gained my
understanding of methods that were considered by us at the time of evaluating the
data named as the qualitative and quantitative data analysis method. At the time of
writing up the project report, I concentrated on certain factors to make quality writing
named as plagiarism, grammar, formatting, data manipulation, and university
guidelines regarding report. In last, I comprehended the importance of teamwork as
we have 3 of team member wherein each one is supporting to each other that was
