Abstract
The aim of the report is to evaluated about the business research skill on the basis of ethnography

behavioural sciences. Also, data are collected with the help of observation and interviews that are
used to draw conclusion about how societies and individual functions. Also, the main aim of the
ethnographic research based on social interaction of users in the given environment as well as it
helps to provide in depth insight into user's view and actions along with sight. Then data analysis
is related to the explicit interpretation of the meaning and function on the basis of human
function. Then, interpretation can be happened within context or group which are presented in
the description of themes. Moreover, worked on Advantages and disadvantages of Leah
undertaking overt, as opposed to covert, observation in her employing organization. It has been
observed in the organizations that Leah unsure about her involvement which might influence
hers research and alter her working relationship with them. Also, maintained the working

observation. Lastly, this approach helps for contributing in making qualitative study mores
effective and also deriving results which is contributed to answers research question. Then
analysed inductive approach is based on research that can be begun by collecting data on the
relevant topic also it helps to interest in scholar. When the suitable amount of data sis collected

used the thematic data analysis technique that will be used by investigator in order to interpret
the key findings. Also, this is including graphs, themes, charts that are needs for designing for
