Reflective report
In assignment 1, I deeply evaluate the research matter wherein I did many acts that are associated
with the effective selection of research topics, research aim and objectives, and determination of
acts that were considered by me at the time of completing the study in an effective way. I gained
my existing knowledge towards steps that are entailed by researcher to meet research. It is also
observed that the research aim and objectives selection is a vital section of the study as it could
provide a path for performing the study in significant way (Foroudi, et al., 2016).
I read many sources that improve my personality in the least time and cost. Moreover, I
communicate with each member of team and addressed which act could be completed by the
person. I learned that a person should have communication skills due to completing the research
study. I increased my knowledge in many sections that are performed by me at the time of doing
this section named as process of searching data, summarization of literature review, design and
outline of the literature review, and literature review writing steps. In this, It also observed that
which steps is more imperative for collecting the data in favor of organizational success. I
increased my depth understanding about the authentic and non-authentic information (Foroudi, et
al., 2016). I observed how authentic information will lead to reliable information in the context
of research issue. I realized that the outline of literature review is imperative to conduct this
study in an imperative way. In addition, I also observed that the research methodology is
essential for selecting different research tools and techniques that are entailed by me in the study
to conduct the study. The research methodology could provide a method to select suitable sample
size as well as reliable ways to meet the research purpose. In this study, I increased my
understanding towards the probability and non-probability sampling tool that are used by a

researcher. The qualitative as well as quantitative method has been practiced due to getting
reliable result.
Each phase of the study is completed by different members of group due to completing the study
in minimum time. In this, we have shared all the information with each other and make decision
which methods have been considered and which would not be beneficial in the study. In this, I
observed that the data collection methods selection could be imperative in collection the depth
information with respect to the research matter (Eriksson and Kovalainen, 2015).
I also increased my understanding about the survey methods that is practiced for collecting the
direct responses towards the research matter to the research candidates. This method is also
imperative in getting the factual data towards research concern.
In addition, I analyzed that the selection of research method was quite typical due to lack of mine
understanding about the research methods. For eliminating this issue, I read many research books
and related articles by which I enhanced by learning towards the research methods. In this act, I
gave my higher effort due to getting a positive result. I also observed that sometimes we unable
to meet on time that reflects the outcome of the study.
I realized that teamwork could make a corporation among each individual to meet the research
aim and objectives. I also analyzed I face certain different issues that might be affected by the
overall performance. These acts are associated with the corporation, teamwork, and
communication, and motivation (Jaakkola, et al., 2015). I also that each individual who is the
part of team has self-motivated and that was very imperative for meeting the organizational task.
It would be effective to work with interest in the study that is vital in meeting the research’s task.
It is also examined that the teamwork also aids each member of team to enhance their knowledge
with respect to specified concern for finding reliable conclusion. Each member of my team was

give value to each other due to effectively conducting the study. I faced one major challenge at
the time of teamwork is to negotiation. In some cases, each one had presented their different
opinion and views on the same concern wherein it was quite completed to select one of them and
reject another opinion (Staniewski, 2016).
The teamwork could also decline the probability of conducting a group that is vital in meeting
the purpose of the study. In addition, I observed that in my team each one supports everyone. But
one thing that is major I observed in the team is language issue. Some of the people are unable to
properly discuss their opinion and views in front of a team due to the language issue that was
challenging for everyone to address an effective path for meeting the research purpose. For
eliminating this problem, I decided that each one has conveyed its message in simple language
for completing the team act properly. I personally wrote the literature review section, wherein it
is observed that literature review section is vital in critically evaluating the specified concern. It
also observed that my writing skills were not so attractive and appropriate that was quite
complicated for me to complete this section in a systematic manner (Easterby-Smith, et al.,
2015). I communicate about my skill to my teammates each one suggested way to improve my
skills. There are many methods that are considered by me to improve the skills of writing named
as outline of the content, select simple words, avoid filter words, read more whatever you want. I
consider each act and I found that I improved my writing skills. Due to this, I improved my many
skills. In this, I also observed that the research skills could be imperative in conducting the study
in a systematic manner. It is evaluated that the research act could be essential for meeting the
purpose of their study in an effective way. In the research, the literature review section is more
important because it enables to increase conceptual learning in favor of the study matter (Bell, et
al., 2018).
