3PROBLEM RESOLUTION THROUGH DISCUSSION
Introduction
Managing a meeting is crucial for a business. Important decisions are taken problems are
resolved during the course of a meeting. Clients make their particular problems explicit during
the course of a meeting and management through in-depth analysis of the problem and
consultation tries to solve the problem by providing their expertise (Chow, 2015). This report
will focus on a problem that a client in Brisbane is having in relation to his order.
Communication between worker at the Trucking Express and the client from “Meat Queensland”
led to the solution of the problem. It is highly recommended that more personnel should be
employed by the company and the consumer should carefully go through the tracking system to
prevent such a problem.
Role A- Worker at Trucking Express
The organization should introspect about the fact that which was the particular factory
that was responsible for delivery of the product. The products of an organization come from
different factories so the number one agenda would be to single out that distributor (Behnamian
& Ghomi, 2013). There should be personnel employed who would take care of the shipping
orders who would be accountable for each shipment. The third problem was in relation to
incorrect invoice report and a large sum was charged. There should be a customer’s invoice
complaint in the website that will address the problems of the clients and the wrong doers who
are associated for sending the wrong invoice should be communicated immediately (Huang &
Benyoucef, 2013). There should be proper follow up and the performance of those employees
should be kept in close check so that such mishaps do not occur again in future.

4PROBLEM RESOLUTION THROUGH DISCUSSION
Role B- Man/ Woman from “Meat Queensland”
Most of the buyers do not understand value of a contract. It can be used in a lawsuit as an
evidence that there was mutual consent from both sides before entering into it (Jeston & Nelis,
2014). The courier is responsible for the delivery of the item at the right place and so he may be
responsible for wrong delivery. Proper track should be kept of all the couriers (Kandasamy et al.,
2014). The customer should carefully go through the tracking system that may reveal important
things and a misinformation can be immediately communicated to the particular e-commerce
business so that they can rectify it on urgent basis. The customer can immediately call the
helpline number and help can be sought in regard to this particular demand. The courier should
also call up his manager regarding this discrepancy who will check the details that has been put
as inputs by the customer (Moldoveanu & Leclerc, 2015).
Recommendation:
It is recommended that the particular factory from where the product was sent should be
made aware of their shortcoming. A customer grievance panel in the website will prove to be
useful (Ward, 2016). The terms and conditions of the e-commerce portal is like a contract and
on the occasion of any breach they can be sued.
Conclusion:
Peaceful deliberation and co-ordination on the part of both business and client led to the
solution of the problem. The right communication can remove all hurdles from a situation.
