Utilising resources in appropriate manner in teaching has been proven highly beneficial for
learners (Huda and et.al., 2018). The current study revolves around developing, using and
organizing the resources in teaching so it can assure effectiveness in learning of the learners. The
report will highlight the purpose of resources in learning and teaching. Also, ways in which
theories, principles and models of the inclusive curriculum design can be used for informing
resource development will be explained. The storing and classification of resources will be
described.
Furthermore, effectiveness of resources in meeting individual learner needs will be
described. Principle of resource design, evaluation of sources that helps in adopting resource will
be reviewed. Along with this, ways in which resources can be shared with other learning
professionals will be highlighted. Moreover, designing of resources including technology will be
done. Evaluation of effectiveness in relation of own design and using of resources will be done.
Also, self-strengths and weaknesses will be identified in context of developing and using of
resources. Lastly, opportunities will be planned in terms of improving own skills in relation of
developing and using resources.
