Introduction:
An individual person or an organization, both of these entities have some basic responsibilities
towards society and other circumstances. For a business organization, there are a lot of
responsibilities of the managerial department towards society and its employees. .This is
nowadays a very crucial topic to discussed as I have found a lot of information, discussion, and
argument regarding this. Business or profitable business organizations have the responsibilities
of social corporate responsibilities, responsibilities towards the health, the safety of employees
along with confidentiality maintenances of personal data of their consumers. All of these
respective things are providing in the following part of the essay.
Body:
Responsibilities of the organization indicate the sustainable utilization of resources, strategic
positioning, stopping the exploitation-related activities. Mainly, all of these business
responsibilities are nothing but a business organization based model where all the responsible
organizations are owing to keep their commitment towards society through sustainable
development, sustainable utilization of worldly resources. In this aspect, corporate social
responsibility is a prudent thing. Most of the global organizations are found to be present very
much engaged with social corporate responsibilities (Frynas, and Yamahaki, 2019, p. 25). To
continue these responsibilities, organizations provide the fund for the children education, on the
other hand, these organizations are found to be present in the camping system of natural
calamities (Rai, T.S. and Diermeier, D., 2019, p. 153). I have seen many organizations who keep
some portions of their revenues in a regular nature for children and women welfare fund. On the
other hand, these organizations have the responsibilities towards the economic growth of the
society. Organizations are great sources of employment. As a result, huge numbers of people get
their employment in these organizations. Global organizations including Apple, Microsoft, and
others make their responsibilities towards their society through a thorough working schedule. On
the other hand, all of these organizations take an enormous risk along with simultaneous research
and development. Finally, they provide innovate enormous products with innovations and
developments in both of the time and cost-effective manner. It helps the society and the social
people to improvise the social life of the consumers. In this aspect, it is important to take social
corporate responsibilities. In this context, all of the business organizations have the

generations. To make this thing, all global organizations are nowadays emphasizing over the
utilization of renewable energy sources like wind power, solar power, and others. Organizations
have a great responsibility towards the health and safety measures of the employees. According
to the published report of the International Labour Organization, in recent time near about 60%
of employees have died due to the working environment, work-related stresses, and depression.
It is crucial for organizations to provide a balanced social life for the workers. Monitoring is
needed for better output of the employees but there is a great difference between monitoring and
spying. Providing proper rights to the employees as a human being is a great responsibility for
the organization. It is employees responsibility towards the organization to make the best
performances for the socio-economic growth and development of the organization. On the other
hand, it is also the responsibilities of the organization to make proper respect to their employees
and customers as both of these are the valuable treasure of all business organizations (Figueroa et
al., 2019, P. 452). To make a better continuity of this business rep=sponsibiilities, it is crucial to
make a tremendous advancement of technology along with social media-based platforms. In this
discussion, it is the main point that all business organizations have some basic responsibilities

provided which provide a definite way for the organizations towards the sustainability of
