INTRODUCTION
In today's world, many industries are trying to improve their environment of working so
that they can conduct a smooth functioning of work in organisation. Moreover, there are various
environmental factors which influence nature of business, prices of the products and the
distribution system with policies. Even the different firms are also dependent on market scenario
and accordingly, various entities do choose various environmental criteria in which they have to
work. Generally, external and internal environment is there which affect the functions and
activities of company (Agarwal, Grassl and Pahl, 2012.). There are some elements as customers,
employees, suppliers etc. Environment of business also affects the strategy and decisions made
in firm and thus, it is there that entity has to work according to the market so that they can attain
their goals and objectives. The report is based on “Dixon Schwabl” which is a marketing and
advertising company and also help in making public relation and has agency. Company is
working hard and provides help to many companies related to marketing and advertising as well.
Assignment will include the purpose and scope of public, private with the voluntary organisation
as well. SWOT and PESTLE is that which can study external and internal factors of the company
too.

P1 Various types and purpose of public, private and voluntary company.
There is something which is required to have a relationship in between the business and
its environment as well, which make them to look for strength and it can be given by the
availability of effective resources too. Moreover, the business environment is very much
complex, having different nature and looking for having a growth with survival of company.
Having a proper knowledge of environment make them to assist which help to improve the
image of their industry in market too (Meta-SWOTAterido, Hallward-Driemeier and Pagés,
2011). Therefore, the business organisation is that which is being divided into three criteria and
those are as, public, private and voluntary sectors too. These terms can be understood as:
Public sector: Public organisation is such which is being consist of government and
publicly controlled things which is funded group, agencies and companies as well which will
deliver the goods and services in better manner. This sector is broad and somewhere having a
nucleus government, it can also overlap the private and not for profit organisation too. Normally,
