INTRODUCTION
In current time period, company manager mainly focus on developing and
making sound and pleasant environment within an organisation and also
maintaining efficiency and performance of an employee in better
manner.Through this, this is essential for analysing and evaluating the
whole causes by using different techniques and methods effectively. This
project is based on Sainsbury which is international retailing firm and it is
located in united kingdom.

Different types and purposes of
organizations
 In current era, there are various types of business
enterprise which are mainly deal with different goods
and services but they are doing working system of all
organisation that are totally various from each other.
 There are three main type of organisation that includes
public, private and voluntary sector

Private sector
This sector mainly concentrate on gaining high amount of
profit and income from certain external factors at huge
competitive place that can understand the private sector
organisation in proper manner. With the help of private
industry, in some case employment is increasing then this
will reducing the level of unemployment issues and
problems in better manner.

Public sector
 This type of business organisation are doing specific
working for getting advantages in the society and also
developing entire nation in effective way.
 They have power and right for operating public
industry organisation as per their strategies and
policies in proper manner.
 They are satisfying their requirements and needs of a
person at reasonable price.

Voluntary sector
This is that type of organisation which is known as third
person such as NGOs, charity, non profit organisation and
some more. Such business organisation are associated
with public and private sector.
This sector has been regulated and operated with
governance of the country as per their rules and
regulations.

In an organisation, there are three major types of sector such
as private, public and voluntary industry with their legal
structure and the main motive of this firm can be
described.
