INTRODUCTION
The report is based on the three different seminar that discuss about the social media, CSR,
Global sustainable development, workplace ethics and whistleblowing. These are different topic
that will be discussed in the seminar classes. In the documentation, it will describe their
significant role within the organization and how it applicable for growth and development.
Furthermore, it will discuss about the conceptual framework that will improve the business
efficiency at workplace.
Seminar 1 Social Media and CSR
Preparation
TXO system believe that corporate social responsibility provides the sustainability to
business culture or environment while social media increase visibility of organization in
marketplace (Kolk, 2016).
Seminar Discussion
Currently, TXO system is under the pressure of good corporate citizens that are expected
to the change entire world. It is not expecting for organization to be working with better place.
Social media is one of an appropriate that consider as a vital to corporate social responsibility for
different perspectives. TXO has engaged with stakeholder which important for creating the brand
position in global world (Schönherr, Findler and Martinuzzi, 2017). So as social media
influencing the large number of customers to make right decision related goods and services.
TXO system is highly dedicated to the Corporate social responsibilities and give a proper benefit
to stakeholders. In this way, organization will reduce the negative impact of business culture or
environment. TXO has used the social media channel such as You tube, Facebook, Twitter and
Instagram etc. these are different channels that attracts consumers. Many customers can easily
access the information about recycle financial as well as annual reports. The primary aim of
organization is to minimize risk and create new unique or innovative approach for business
development.
Corporate social responsibility activities have been recycled that contributes in
sustainability development (Schlegelmilch, 2016). The social media is important for business
that may offers benefits which allows for them to reach their potential client and gain more
attention. It enables for XRO to get traffic, exposure and overall market insights. Through social

media, it is great way for people to talk about the particular item or services. it provides facilities
of comments, reviews of other people because many people concern about these things.
The difficulties of social media in small business due to lack of resources, building the
community of followers. Sometimes, it is very complicated part of enterprise that increases
tracking results and not having enough financial resources.
Reflection
In above analysis, I have discussed about the social media platform that help for improving
the organizational growth and development. I could examine the importance of social media,
which provide the better services of potential customers (Fatma, Rahman and Khan, 2016). I
also found that there are various type of issues occurs in the social media such as lack of
resources and building tracking results. It directly affects on the overall organizational operation
and functions. On the other hand, I could analyse about corporate social responsibilities activities
that are interrelated with the business process for contribution in terms of sustainable
development.
Seminar 2 CSR and Global Sustainable Development
Preparation
Softwire has performed the different types of corporate social activities in sustainable
development which help for increasing the business profitability and productivity in global
marketplace.
Seminar Discussion
The Global sustainable development is mainly defined the conditions under which nature,
societies and human. It can be co-exits in the best way that enable improve productive stability,
resilience and harmony to supports future generations. Softwire is focused on the sustainable
development because they always commitment towards environmental culture to drive the
positive business and societal impact (Saxton, 2016). In this way, Softwire is enabling a wide
range of social and economic responsibilities all around the world. Sometimes, it is becoming
tough for business to handle greatest challenges and ensuring the accessibility inclusion or
leading environmental initiatives. softwire always tries perform different corporate social
activities that are interrelated with the sustainable development in terms of social, economic and
environmental. In this way, Softwire has planned to adopt the new goal as a part of sustainable

Form above analysis, I have been discussed about the corporate social responsibilities and
Global sustainable development that plays important role within organization. As per discussion,
I could determine the various type of factors that affects overall business operations and
functions. I have analysed that organization focused on the commitment towards environmental
culture to drive the positive business and societal impact (Dutot, Lacalle and Versailles, 2016). I
realise that discussion was good to understand the concept of Global sustainable development
and their impacts on the small business in both positive as well as negative manner.
Seminar 3 Whistleblowing and workplace ethics

Sainsbury’s believe that ethics of whistleblowing is a type of tricky matters, which brings
moral, value, loyalty into the conflict. It useful for maintaining overall ethical policies and
procedures.

Whistleblowing is based on the valuable tool in Sainsbury’s firm that would be maintained
the corporate governance strategy. it mainly indicating the empowers of employee to address
incidence of misconduct at workplace. In terms of ethical aspects, loyalty is a part of ethical
value and it should be required for maintained within organization (Zhang, Liao and Yuan,

2016). Sainsbury’s always focused on the ethical obligation to act as responsibly as well as
accountability. Sometimes, the organization may include wrong-doing reporting in the interest of
business and its stakeholders. In Sainsbury’s, A responsible person believed on the whistle to
improve overall operations and functions in ethical manner otherwise, it will be increased the
confliction between employee at workplace. Form personal aspects, it could be required for
maintaining the human nature to show loyalty towards organization. it can be composed of
different people at workplace.
The workplace ethics refers to the moral value that always guides on the behaviour of staff
members with respect of wrong and right. In this way, it helps for Sainsbury’s for making
important decision. Sainsbury’s is mainly used the workplace ethics for developing the honestly
and loyalty (Park, Bjørkelo and Blenkinsopp, 2018). It directly influencing personality of people
that display as a good image at workplace. This type of workplace ethic is building a good
relationship between management and employees. Sainsbury’s inspire with capability of
employee for providing the better facilities and services at workplace.
In Sainsbury’s, Whistle blower come forwards public when something goes towards
unethical and illegal in the organization. Afterwards, it would be not acceptable. It can impact on
the workplace ethics for increasing illegal activities without consider proper rules and
regulations. On the other hand, it also affected for business to generate legal claims.
Whistleblowing is often ostracized in Sainsbury’s which faced the dilemma of protecting
employers (Pohjanoksa and et.al., 2019). It can be increased to breakdown the trust so that
Sainsbury’s generally prefer that staff members actively participate in the internal
communication if they are properly comfortable with different activities performed in multiple
department. In this way, Sainsbury’s aware about the entire activities of employee and then
create opinion about individuals.
In Sainsbury’s, multiple working activities perform that may appear to create conflict
between employee and management. Sometimes, they are not acceptable at all. It also recognised

In above discussion, I have understood about the whistleblowing and workplace ethics that
are considered the most part of business growth and development. As per analysis, I also
improved my knowledge about the ethical moral and value at workplace that help for
maintaining coordination between employer and employee. The discussion was quite impressive
for building depth understanding which help for me to know about overall conceptual
framework. Furthermore, I also determined that whistleblowing directly impact in the workplace
ethics for increasing conflict between staff member at workplace. On the other hand, I realise
that whistleblowing concept used as a strategy to handle all type of conflict at workplace.

In above discussion, it concluded that there are different seminar topics discussed such as
social media, CSR, Global sustainable development, workplace ethics and whistleblowing. It has
summarised that each topic performed the significant role within the organization and how it
useful for business growth and development. In above discussion, it can be determined that
corporate social responsibility activities have recycled in the contributes of global sustainability
development. As per analysis, different organizations are used the concept of CSR that improve
entire business policies and procedures. On the other hand, it has summarised about the social
media platform that play role for businesses to offers advantage or benefits in both employer and
employees. It may allow for them to reach their potential client and gain more attention through
online platform like social media. The discussion has examined the whole framework that can be
used in the organization. As per analysis, it has recommended to use the different approaches and
strategies for increasing the organization productivity as well as profitability in global
