Introduction
Wealth maximization is an important objective for every business organisation and to achieve this
objective the organisations have to achieve some small objectives such as increase the capacity of
production, expansion of the product portfolio, expansion of the market, increase the demand of the
product and increase the market share. Therefore, The organisations have to increase their
investment in the fixed assets to achieve those small objectives (Tasevska et al. 2014 ). The
organisations also take some initiatives of different projects such as promotion and advertisements
projects to increase the demand of the products. Expand the production plant and machineries to
increase the production capacity and establish a production plant to increase the market in another
region. The organisations have to use some tools, plans and schedules to complete the projects
efficiently and effectively. The following study will discuss about the different tools, plans and
schedules that used by the different organisation to complete the projects.

ranking the risk (Kerzner, 2013).. In the fourth step, it is necessary to undertake the exercise of
treating the risk through appropriate risk minimization methods. In the last step, it is necessary to
undertake continuous monitoring and reviewing of the risk.
