INTRODUCTION
Self – reflection is a best method to know individual key strength and weakness so that
appropriate plan can be made to enhance skills for growth in future career. The report has been
made by use of Gibbs reflective cycle that includes six key stages such as description, feeling,
evaluation, analysis, and conclusion and action plan.

Description
It is stage that represent one of my future experienced when me and my friends play Mike
bike is online business simulation that helps in smooth establishment and operation of business.
Simulation has helped me to take correct decision regarding business operation so that it can
grow and survive in high competitive market for longer time frame. The game has taught me
numerous skills such as decision making, data analytical and research skills that can be used in
future circumstances (Lindenman and et.al., 2018). All the facts and data collected from
simulation helps me to take accurate decision and steps that I need to take in particular fiscal
year so that company can grow and expand.
Feelings
The personal experiences while conducting analysis within this report writing i developed
analysis that my business understanding insights are highly strong and needs practical
understanding to be cherished with more working effectiveness. Experiences of challenges
within various working goals enabled me to develop stronger functional horizons and to utilise
functional zones where wider competent paradigms shall be energetically \ocused within
professional work zones. The mike bikes business skills reported within report enabled me to
