As per the business environment is been concern it has become a very tough job for
becoming a successful entrepreneur or to do a successful start-up. I have checked all the
activities which are been required by an individual to perform the start up more properly.
There are some knowledge and expertise which is been required by the individual to have so
that it will help me to make a proper start up.
Communication Skills
Communication skills are a basic necessity for anyone to have so that it will able to have
proper skills in order to achieve the desired goals and objective. I have completed my
academic and able to gain proper communication skills in both verbal and written way. As I
can speak in many languages so this will help me to get proper communication with different
people as I also have learn different professional knowledge, I know many professional report
and other official write up so that will help me to do the proper amount of the knowledge
which is been required by the business. As the business require non-verbal communication as
it is a requirement that the listener and speaker should have non-verbal communication skill
so this is the skill which is been there in me as I am able to talk by doing eye contact, gestures
and other necessary skills which are been required in non-verbal communication.
Team working Skills
This skill is required by each individual as this will help him to work in team and able to
perform the task more easily as team work helps the company to know to achieve the goals
more easily and effectively. As I am capable of working in the team as I know how to
participate in the team and able to perform the business activity as I am capable of
performing different activities so it can be able to make the team grow more easily and
rapidly. So this will help me to get more amount of return from the business and able to make

Interpersonal Skills
Each business house require this skills as it help them to communicate interact with each
other may be individually or in group. I know all the communication skills which are been
needed for the work as I can able to have power for doing the negation in regards of the
business as well as in other policy so this will help me to carry the business process more
easily and effectively. I know how to handle different situation which are arise in the business
as I am capable of making decision in even very situation in the company. So this so that I
can able to handle the ups and down which are there in the business.
Numeracy Skills
Numeracy Skills are the skill which are required by the professional in order to achieve the
business goals as this are the skills which are been required by the professional to interpret
the data and able to do the forecast the profit and other related information of the company.
So I am capable of analysing and interpreting the data and able to know the end result of it as
I am able to know all the numeracy details which are there in the business so that will help
me to solve all the problem and other necessary stuff in the business so this will help me to
gain an edge over the competitors of the company.
Information and Communication Skills
Information skills are required by any individual so that it can able to handle the business
more properly. An person should able to know all the information and knowledge which are
been required in regards of the business as I know all the knowledge and information about
the business so that this will help me to get a growth in the business as I can able to perform

Communication skill is also been required in the business as we have to know all the skill

education and knowledge in regards of the communication I am capable of doing both verbal
as well non-verbal communications so this will help me to get more number of business and
able to generate more profit in the business.
Problem Solving Skills
Each business require some kind of skills so that the individual is able to solve the problem
which happen in the business as it is been found out that due to less problem solving skills the
business enterprise is not able to survive in the market. I am able to solve the problems as I
am very creativity and able to make new ideas easily so this will help I in solving the
problems more easily as it can be solve by the knowledge I already have or have to make
some new ideas in order to solve the problem. I am good in doing research so this will help
me to solve the problems more easily as I can get the solution by doing some research in
different business and able to know how they have dealt with the problems and able to apply
the same in the business
Time Management
Time Management is the management of time as how much an individual should able to give
time in specific activities. As an individual should have the skills of management of time than
only it will able to perform each activity more easily and effectively. So I possess this quality
as I know how to perform each activities as per priorities so the activity which is more
importance to the business and also I am capable of setting proper goals in the business so

planning process so this will help me to plan all the activities ahead and let me move ahead in

more easily in the business as I know how deal the time in different situation and also when

utilization of the time in the business.
Financial Management
Financial Management is also important in the business as an individual should know how to
manage the business finance properly and effectively in the business. So I am able to manage
the business as I am capable to know the market structure as I have done many different
courses in regards of finance management so this will help me to manage the finance easily. I
know how to raise the fund in the business so this will help me to get the capital requirement
in the business which will help me to build the start up more easily. So I know all the
management tools which are require in the business so this will help me to manage the
finance properly.
Leadership Skills
It is necessary for an individual to have leadership quality as this will help him to gain the
goals and objective of the business. I am having this skills as I was also one of the best
student in the college and able to perform as a leader so this will also help me in getting the
business goals and objective as if I lead my team properly than it will help me to achieve the
goals smoothly and effectively.
Networking
This is also an importance skill which is been require in then business as if an individual is
able to have build good relationship with others. So this is the skills which is there in me as I

Marketing Skills

promote my business to the potential client who is willing to work in the business. I am
capable to know the different media which is there and able to choose the proper media
which is required in the business enterprise.
Apart from the above mention skill there are some more skills which are there in me that will
help me to make the business run more successful as I am very punctual in my work so this
