According to user feedback which help in make the services of an organisation
appropriate. But at Moussaka Zone, their customer are not getting satisfied with the services
which are provided b y them. This lead to create a feeling of dissatisfaction and thus it leads to
affect working of a company. Management need to hire such number of employees which enable
them in providing quality service to their users. As per view of various number of users are as
follow on which management have to take some serious decisions which are related to them.
Management do not provide start-up because they forgot to provide it. The food which
was ordered by them not placed on time. Hence, their satisfaction get affected through
that. Therefore, they highly recommend that not go there just because it affected their
satisfaction.
Quality of food is also not appropriate hence tourist also get affected. As per the quality,
price of food is also high and not reasonable in nature. Mousaka was very greasy and
expensive thus cooking department have to look on such things.
Unexpected service of food and rates are usually high as compared to others. This sort of
behaviour is not accepted at all and thus lead to affect the satisfaction. Extra charges and
start-up are not proper at all.
Size of restaurant is small, and thus lead to affect the environment which is con-jested.
Also, the food which is ordered not cooked at all properly which shows that cooking

department have lack if skill for preparing food. Lamb was burnt so much and thus it was
tasteless at all. Along with the rice were cold and had no flavour. These two things are
sufficient to describe lack of skills of workers.
All the things are unexpected as per the previous experience in which everything was
good. Now the times, the staff have lack of efficiency and they do not lead to serve
quality services as well as products. All the things was just lemon coated and thus create
a feeling of dissatisfaction. Moreover, the place is so small and number of people are
more. This create a feeling of family dinner under which two seats were attach along with
our table and the back tables are also attach. The overall experience was bad and
disgusting as compared to previous one.
The time of serving is more and thus it leads to create a feeling of discontentment which
is not appropriate at all. Also, service provider are not working properly and they serving
the food in worst manner. Such behaviour is not acceptable at all and thus lead to create
feeling of discontent. After providing suggestion to that service provider might their
behaviour get improved.
On the basis of above mention things, it get identified that management do not lead to
provide appropriate service at all. Moussaka Zone have to work on them and take some strict
actions against such sort of work. For such kind of purpose three major areas are identified
which should have to get improved on priority basis through which customer negative feedbacks
can be converted into positive ones and all of their services become profitable for them in long
term. Services: Management have to focus more and more on services which are provided by
them to their users. This is consider as a major thing on which organisation have to work.
As per customer feedback most of the users are not satisfied with the services which are
render by a company to number of customers. This area lead to have improved because
they are the one who have direct relation with their number of users. Cooking department: many users compliant about the cooking of food, and thus it is a
major reason behind satisfied consumers. Hence, organisation have to hire such number
of chefs which support and have a knowledge in preparing any sort of food. For this
Human resource department have to hire only quality number of employees who have
better skill and working pattern.

trained and specialised. Management have to use appropriate technology through which they can
manufacture and render high quality services to their users. In international market, number of
users are vast and their demands are also vary from each other (David and David, 2011). Hence,
it is a responsibility of a firm to deliver only quality products in making their operations
appropriate and adequate. For better growth and development of any product or service, a best
and appropriate concept which is taken into account “Mass Production”. Authority have to
implement all strategies, policies and procedures in appropriate manner and divide work
according to all employees skills and competencies. Entity have to use all of their resources in

have to follow a perfect chain of command. Functions get done through follow a structure and
command properly. For every project and task, a code of command is must which provides a
shape to a company. A perfect chain is one in which all project and task get done through that.
Also, management have to prepare confidentiality of information of an organisation so that every
project get done in an appropriate manner without this, none of the objectives get attain properly.
Under chain of command, subordinates have to follow the guideline which frame by senior

all are bound to follow a specified rules, regulations and policies which are compulsory to get

training session and guide them to work accordingly. It is their moral duty to train them in
