INTRODUCTION
There are a lot of challenges which are faced when a task is being performed and the
report is going to have a reflection on this factor. There are a lot of issues which are going to be
discussed and the challenges as well with a action plan in the end which can be worked upon so
that there is going to be higher performance level which is going to be present in the next task
which is going to be performed.
MAIN BODY
1. Discussion of the report
The report is going to discuss the three challenges which are apprentice, presentation and
T-shirt which have been faced while doing the report which is going to be discussed in the
further report. This is done so that there is going to be effective understanding of the skills and
knowledge which have to be developed which is going to help individuals be able to achieve
their targets and goals (Campbell, 2017).
2. Reflective writing in each challenges including the skills gained
Apprentice challenge
There is a requirement of a good team work which is required in order to get in creativity
and higher experience which is going to be present. The problems have to be solved from time to
time and also innovative and inspiring is a very important factors which need to be present so
that there are going to be higher performance which is going to be present. To have good team
work there has to be good communication as well which needs to be present so that there are
going to be higher functioning which is going to be present and that is going to help in the
overall development as well (Wette, 2017). From the task I understood that there is a need of
good team work and communication which is the key factor for achieving the tasks and goals.
When there is a clear sense of direction which is present that is going to help the individuals be
able to give in their best accordingly.

Presentation challenge
To have a good presentation it is very important to have the skills of time management
because there is a time framework which is allotted by the teacher. In that time frame it is
important that all the team members are giving out their best and also making sure that they are
having only important communication and information in the class. The audience only has to be
told about the important points in the class so that they would be able to understand and connect
to the presentation which is being presented in class (ŽivkoviĿ, 2016). This is good for business
skill as well because there is going to be a lot of presentations which have to be presented in
business environment as well so that the colleagues in the office are going to understand. There
are a lot of changes which are coming in and with the help of using the right technique which is
presentation I would be able to have a higher impact which is going to be present.
T-Shirt Challenge
There is not a lot which can be printed on a T-Shirt therefore it is very important for the
T-Shirt to have a very short but good phase used which is going to give out the topic strongly to
the audience. This requires good communication and bright colours as well so that there is going
to be effective working which is going to be present. The images used on the T-Shirt cannot be
harming anyone feelings which is a very important factor for the company to maintain.
Emotional intelligence has to be present in participates in the task so that there is going to be
effective communication which is going to be present (Lai, Melloni and Stacchezzini, 2018).
Time management is also important so that when the event is going to be held the T-Shirts have
to be ready so that there is going to be higher performance which is going to be present.
Communication with little words is a task which I need to improve upon so that there is going to
be higher outcomes.
3. Analysis of Each Challenge from a business angle and knowledge gained from about how
businesses actually work
The company is going to have a higher branding for them if these skills are going to be
improved. The competition in the market is increasing therefore it is important for the company
to have the use of right finance factor for the operations to be able to take place effectively.

Operations in the organization also are going to be effective if the time management in me is
going to be present and higher so that there is going to be higher results.
Tuckman theory of Teamwork
Bruce Tuckman gave four stages team work theory so that there is going to be a good
relationship which is going to be present for the tasks to be completed on time. The following
report is going to discuss the four stages which are forming, storming, and norming and
performing which are going to be effective for the tasks to be completed on time (Akter and
et.al., 2016).
 Forming
The team is got together in this stage so that there is going team working which is going to be
used for the task to be completed on time (Valiandes and Neophytou, 2018). In this stage the
team members try to find a place for themselves in the team and try to gel with each other so that
there is going to be a good understanding in the team which can be present.
 Storming
There is a lot of discussion which takes place in this stage because the task is going to be
discussed and everyone is going to have a different perspective on the task which has to be well
maintained which is going to be important for the task to have one direction. There are a lot of
conflicts and time to time problem solving is very important which is going to make the task be
completed. The performance and focus of the members is going to be absent and the task is not
going to be focused upon in this stage.
 Norming
In this stage there is going to be more clarity which is going to come about the task in hand
which is going to be done by the group. There is a discussion on the factors like who is going to
do what part and things which have to be done, togetherness has to be present and there are also
done ground rules which are set (Thornton and et.al., 2017).
 Performing

In this stage the focus is going to be on relationship between the team members as well as the
task so that there is going to be effective working and performance which is going to be present.
This stage is going to show the outcome of team work and the task is going to be completed
effectively which is going to make the results even more effective.
4. Action plan
In the next three years of university there are a lot of improvements which I can do so
that there is going to be higher achievement which I can have.
