INTRODUCTION
There are a lot of challenges which are faced when a task is being performed and the
report is going to have a reflection on this factor. There are a lot of issues which are going to be
discussed and the challenges as well with a action plan in the end which can be worked upon so
that there is going to be higher performance level which is going to be present in the next task
which is going to be performed.
MAIN BODY
1. Discussion of the report
The report is going to discuss the three challenges which are apprentice, presentation and
T-shirt which have been faced while doing the report which is going to be discussed in the
further report. This is done so that there is going to be effective understanding of the skills and
knowledge which have to be developed which is going to help individuals be able to achieve
their targets and goals (Campbell, 2017).

Apprentice challenge
There is a requirement of a good team work which is required in order to get in creativity
and higher experience which is going to be present. The problems have to be solved from time to
time and also innovative and inspiring is a very important factors which need to be present so
that there are going to be higher performance which is going to be present. To have good team
work there has to be good communication as well which needs to be present so that there are
going to be higher functioning which is going to be present and that is going to help in the
overall development as well (Wette, 2017). From the task I understood that there is a need of
good team work and communication which is the key factor for achieving the tasks and goals.
When there is a clear sense of direction which is present that is going to help the individuals be
able to give in their best accordingly.
There are a lot of challenges which are faced when a task is being performed and the

Presentation challenge
To have a good presentation it is very important to have the skills of time management
because there is a time framework which is allotted by the teacher. In that time frame it is
important that all the team members are giving out their best and also making sure that they are
having only important communication and information in the class. The audience only has to be
told about the important points in the class so that they would be able to understand and connect
to the presentation which is being presented in class (ŽivkoviĿ, 2016). This is good for business
skill as well because there is going to be a lot of presentations which have to be presented in
business environment as well so that the colleagues in the office are going to understand. There
are a lot of changes which are coming in and with the help of using the right technique which is
presentation I would be able to have a higher impact which is going to be present.
T-Shirt Challenge
There is not a lot which can be printed on a T-Shirt therefore it is very important for the
T-Shirt to have a very short but good phase used which is going to give out the topic strongly to
the audience. This requires good communication and bright colours as well so that there is going
to be effective working which is going to be present. The images used on the T-Shirt cannot be
harming anyone feelings which is a very important factor for the company to maintain.
Emotional intelligence has to be present in participates in the task so that there is going to be
effective communication which is going to be present (Lai, Melloni and Stacchezzini, 2018).
Time management is also important so that when the event is going to be held the T-Shirts have
to be ready so that there is going to be higher performance which is going to be present.
Communication with little words is a task which I need to improve upon so that there is going to
