Define the concept of personal and professional development
Personal development is defined as the life long process which provides support to an
individual in achieving all the desired targets and the goals with the help of the efficiency
and effectiveness.(Denubo Cesar, 2021) . Whereas it generally relates to the learning that
provides support in managing their professional credentials in the field of study and
operations.
Evaluation and discussion of the value of short-term goals identifying at least
3 personal example
Values of the short-term aims and identify at least 3 personal examples.
Target that demands not much time in completion is defined as the short term goals.
Some of the aims are set to achieve in a year and are not have a difficult situation. They are
targets that are small in section that provides the way of long term goals (Jamie, Martino and
Cristiano, 2021) . There are some suitable examples of short term goals:
 Increment in the network and communication abilities
 management in terms of conflict.
 Writing abilities.

there are some suitable example of the long term targets are as follows:
