INTRODUCTION
Development of skills important part of student life while pursuing the graduation
course from university. There are various kinds of skills which have to be developed by the
individual for its future career as well as performing better in the current semester. In this
current report there is a discussion about the personal scale as well as skills which are
required by individuals. This also consists of Reflection where the strength and weaknesses
are also discussed for a particular university course (Arts, 2016).
MAIN BODY
There are different skills which are developed while pursuing the academic course.
These skills are important for me because they help me in attaining my future goals and
objectives related to my career. There are different kinds of skills which are developed within
this academic year, all these skills are mentioned below:
Communication skills: Communication skills are the important skill which has to be
developed by an individual while pursuing a university course because it help for individual
and communicating with different parties as well as sharing ideas. I also develop my
communication skill in the first year of graduation where identify different kind of
communication skills which include both verbal and written communication. for developing
this skill I used to practice a lot as well as communicate with different individuals in formal
and informal ways (Merz, 2020).
Team working skill: I also developed but I am working still while pursuing within
the course in university. Here I get used to various tools and techniques development team
working. Developing my team working skills I used to become a leader within different kind
of teams as well as participate in different events where I lead different individuals so that I
can develop my skills related to team working.
Interpersonal skills: Interpersonal skills are also important for an individual because
it help in achieving the career objectives as well as become a good business leader. I also
develop my interpersonal skills in a year while working within this university course. For
developing my interpersonal skill I used to communicate with different individuals as well as
established relationships with both teachers and students so that I can easily management
communication channel as well as the established interpersonal relationship with different
individuals.
Numeracy skill: These are those skills which include the analysis of data as well as
calculating different kind of mathematical data so that it can be understand and use in future
for different situation. In relation to my university course I develop my numeracy skills so
that I can easily understand different kind of data that can use the data for conclusion and
identification of information from these kinds of data (Cinque, 2016).
Problem solving skills: There are different kinds of problems within the university
course which I faced. Problem helps me in developing my problem solving skills. problem

solving skills are important so that different problems can be identified in solved for taking
effective decisions as well as achieving the goals and objectives in career.
Time management: Time management of the most important skill which has to be
developed by the individual while pursuing a course. I also try to develop my time
management skills within the first year of my university course. Developing my time I use
different kind of tools and techniques where I asked from senior persons to how to manage
the time as well as differentiate all the time in small and medium some task so that I can
perform each and every task according to a specific time limit (Ruge and McCormack, 2017).

From the above mentioned plan it can be seen that I will perform a proper function so
that I can achieve different kind of while performing the university course. I also decided
various timelines which I will use while performing these university course and developing
the skills. To develop different kind of feels like team working interpersonal skills
communication skills numeracy skills problem solving skills and time management skills so
that I can achieve my career objective as well as perform better in my future business
activities. how many of these skills will help me in achieving my future goals related to my
business activities as well as help me in identification of business environment in my future
where I will work. For example communication skills help me in identification of different
opportunities where I have to communicate to different individuals within the organisation in
future where I will be working. Team working skills help me in identification of different
individuals behaviour within the team so that I can easily combined them and lead them in a
particular direction for achieving objectives of the team as well as becoming effective team.
It can be seen that there are various interpersonal communication between different
individuals and establishment of a proper channel will always help in achieving the
objectives within the business environment as well as reducing the negative impact because it
include identification of ability of different individuals and using them according to the need
and requirement. Developments of numerous skills also help me and identification of
different individuals as well as classification of Tata where I can easily identify the necessary
and unnecessary data and then use it according to the requirement.
Time management skills will always enable me to manage my time according to the
task assigned to me as well as perform the task in an effective manner for achieving the
objectives of the task as well as reducing the chances of error because of improper allocation
of time.
CONCLUSION
It can be identify from above information that it is important for a student to develop
particular skills while performing a university course so that it can easily cope with the
business environment and can achieve a maximum level within its career.
