Concept of personal and professional development
Personal and professional development can be defined as the binding force by virtue
of which a person as well as company gets involved in the procedure of learning. It
provides help in terms of fulfillment of personal and professional goals alongside
objectives within the predefined course of time period.
Value of short term goals with 3 personal examples
Short term goals is defined as the bridge that lessens the gap towards the long term
goal(s). In other words, these can be said to be the goals which are aimed at being
achieved within a period equivalent to 1 year.
Examples:-
 To find a coach to get trained in badminton.
 To write an essay of 1 page on a unique topic daily.
 To get up at 4am regularly to do yoga.
Value of medium term goals with 3 personal examples
Medium term goals can be defined as the goals that tend to serve the purpose of
long term goal as well as short term goal. Medium term goals can be said to be the
ones which are supposed to be accomplished in a time span of 1-3 years.
Examples:-
 To avail a graduation degree form a reputed college.
 To learn the art of narration from a specialist
 To purchase a house .

Long term goals can be defined as the achievements which are assumed or bound
to take long time as well as planning. These are the goals which are deemed to be
achieved within a time period ranging from 3 to 10 years.
Examples:-
 To setup and run own business.
 To gain command over written communication.
 To be awarded for your skill.

Value of Personal Development Plan with example
Personal Development Plan is the written documentation containing the actions and
measures that are taken by an individual for carrying out improvement within the
existing skills and competences of a person. In this relation, it can be said that
personal development plan allows an individual to elevate their personality such that
