Professional development helps an individual become more
competent in the business world. These are skill-set required
for an individual to better understand the work and work
efficiently. Developing professionally relate with study
strategies, it is a basic approach to learn and can handle
organisation process.

Challenges of studying business management and
thriving in professional practice (with appropriate
examples)
Business Management refers to the planning,
organising, controlling and directing the
managerial work in a business. In this, the manager
manages all the activities that are required to be
performed to have an efficient workplace
(Ledbetter-Cho, and et.al., 2018). Manager is also
required to integrate the activities of different
departments and to work according to the
predetermined goals and organisational objectives.

The importance of effective academic skills development
Academic skills are necessary for students, professors and
guides to use their full potential and learn or help others
learn. These are a set of study habits, learning strategies,
and time management techniques that help students learn
and retain information in school. These skills encourage its
