having issues.
The current presentation will explore the business problem of Tesco and Uniliver and connects it with
target audience, competition and market.
The combined skills, expertise and experience of the consultancy team will be matched with the need
of these companies.
Tesco PLC is multinational company of British origin operating as a third largest retailer. Unilever
PLC is a company that deals in consumer goods, originated from Britain.

The client in the project A is Tesco. The company is facing certain major issues like decrease in profits, stock prices,
rise in employee turnover and declining market share.
Changes in technology and also in retail grocery industry are taking place at a much higher pace and the company is having

As a result of which the client business is facing problems in its business operations and logistic process. Maintaining a good
customer service providence is becoming a tough business for the company.

Unilever deals in selling products that are premium and branded to the top supermarkets that are Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
These supermarkets are the competitors of the company along with the negotiators of company.
Having good customer relationship of the company is highly important for its continuous growth and development. But the business
faces difficulty in maintaining good customer relationship.
