Effect of Customers:
The strategies like one-for-one made the organization believe the implementation of their 5C
policy where they are able to collaborate with their customers and potential ones as well to
make a community which will enrich their growth (Marquis & Park, 2014). The customers
are significantly influenced to pass their feedbacks as well.
Effect of the Competitors:
The strategy one-for-one was believed to be much more than just a limelight catching concept
in terms of gaining the market. Along with that the CSR activity enables the organization to
gain such dominance that the organization is able to increase the product width as well (Ponte
& Richey, 2014). The competitors are trying to catch the media exposure with good quality
products to cope up with tom shoes.
Effect of Stakeholders:
The employees’ part is mentioned above but the strategies of selling a product and gifting a
pair of shoes to the needy children from there is significant. The distribution of shoes in the
