Gibbs Reflective definition
Gibbs Reflective cycle was developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 to provide a good sort of
the structure in understanding and learning a good sort of experience of conducting the Event.
Gibbs reflection cycle generally used to base upon the 6 different stages in the market. Six
different steps are Description, Feeling, Evaluation, Analysis, Conclusion and Action Plan.
Advantage of Gibbs
Looking at the advantage of the Gibbs it has been analysed that these type of the reflection
model is really very easy to understand in general, also these type of reflection model in the
organization used to give the option to the user to learn the variety of the thing by progressing
cycle (Ardian, Hariyati and Afifah, 2019).
Limitation of Gibbs
Looking at the limitation of the Gibbs it has been analysed that these reflection cycle
generally does not give the proper idea or evaluation about the experience which has been

Gibbs model Implication
Description
Our team was asked to prepare the project in relation to the different stages of negation
and pitching in the organization. To complete the project we were allotted with the team to
complete the whole project. Project was divided into 3 different task and team were asked to
complete all the three task to complete the overall project.
Feeling
Looking at the feeling prospective it has been find out that we all were very much
nervous in the initial stage as it is the first time we were conducting any such type of project by
our own in the University hence all of us in the project was very much nervous but as the project
went all we generally found that nerves were settling it down in the great way in the project. As

project went on it was very easy for us to understand the different situation in the better way. As
with the help of the senior and tutor in the project we are much more secure and clear about the
variety of decision to be taken. These has eventually helped the project team in feeling much
better as compare to the initial stage of the project.
Analysis
At the time of conducting the project there were variety of the situation through which
we have gone through. Some have proven well for us at the same time few things has not gone
as expected in general.
Starting from the positive it has been analysed that prepare and information exchange are
the two stage which went well in the project. As all the team had funded it very easy to
understand the same in the better way. At the same time conducting these two stages in the
organization has eventually helped the project in fixing up the good basis so that project can be
conducted in the right direction.
Looking at the negative point of the project is that team has generally analysed that it is
difficult to understand the bargaining stage of the project as it has been analysed that there was
variety of different aspects related to bargaining stage in the organization
Evaluation
Reason behind going these thing go well in the organizations is that sourcing and
communication skill was used in the better way in the organizations. As it has been analysed that
team was able to source the variety of the data in the project in a better way. Also we were able
to maintain good sort of clarity in project.
Reason behind not going these sort of the thing in the better way in the organization is
that it was very much difficult to solve the variety of the issue which are being faced by us in the
project.
Looking at the knowledge which was possessed by us in the project it has been analysed
that we were able to gain good sort of the knowledge in regards to the topic of the project, this
will help us at the time of conducting any other such type of project. Evaluating the limitation

Concluding the project it has been analysed that we as a team was able to complete the
project on time and also we were able to achieve the different objective of the project in the
better way. Another thing which was concluded by completing the project was that we generally
used to lack very much in the prospect of problem solving. As it was very difficult for us to
solve the problem which has arises in the project.
Action
To improve the issue which has been faced by us that is problem solving I will be taking
help of different conferences and seminar reason behind the same is that these sort of the option
in the market would help me in getting practical as well as theoretical knowledge about the
concept related to decision making. Another action which will be taken by me in the project will
be in regards of taking different feedback from the different senior in the organization these will
eventually help me in keeping my self on the correct line to complete the project on time in the
project. As feedback will help me in identify different issue which is generally possessed by me.
