1INTERVIEW
Analysis of the Interview
I wanted to get into my own business because I had the personal drive to manage it on
my own. There is the provision of a flexible option and it is easier for me to manage it. I also
had the desire to achieve high performance in my business that will help me to earn a huge
sum of money.
In order to start my business, I have conducted a baseline survey so that it becomes easier
for me to determine its feasibility. This has helped me to gather knowledge about the market
conditions of this particular industry.
The steps that were taken by me in order to start the business were to develop a business
plan where the location, scope and target of the business were mentioned specifically.
Moreover, the management of human resources is another important concern that should be
taken into consideration in this case. Thus, I have carried out the steps smoothly and also took
an idea from the other existing business.
The obstacles that were faced by me were to enter the market in this particular industry.
There was huge competition among the existing companies and it was difficult to judge the
success of my company. Moreover, there were certain strict rules and regulations that have to
be followed in order to sustain in this industry.
The most difficult obstacle was the generation of cash for the sustainability of the business.
It was difficult to judge the profitability of the business and make further investments in it
accordingly.
The most rewarding thing about owning a particular business is to know the changing role
of the people so that it becomes easier to add value to the business. As the role of different
individuals employed in the business changes, it is necessary to check that they carry out their
duties in a better way.

2INTERVIEW
I can contribute to the success of my business through a clear strategic business plan.
This will add value to the business and it will help me to handle the business. On the other
hand, I should check that the personal expenses as well as the business expenses do not get
mixed up or creates a problem.
The advice that I can provide others is, to be honest with oneself in starting up the
business. An individual should have the urge and inner passion so that it becomes easier for
the person to develop the business plan accordingly. Moreover, the person who is planning to
start the business must be creative, hardworking and have the ability to take better steps and
learn from failures. Therefore, if these steps are followed it will be easier for the individual to
run a successful business venture.

3INTERVIEW
Analysis of Interview 3
It has been found that the candidates are selected on the interview on the basis of their
details described in the resume. There are some candidates who do not have the skills to
highlight their talents with standard language and thus they get rejected. However, I choose
the candidates on the basis of their details that they provide on their resume.
The qualities that are looked upon by the interviewer on the candidates depend on the
choice as well as the judgmental capacity of the interviewer. However, it can be said that
there are certain common skills that are considered to be common in all cases. According to
me, I check the ability of the candidate to adapt to the standard operating procedures as well
as the capacity to work in a group. These qualities make the hiring of the candidates much
easier.
The most common mistakes that candidates make in an interview and thus gets disqualified
is an interruption when the interviewer is speaking. According to me, I think this interruption
makes the entire process messy and it becomes difficult to understand or follow one another.
On the other hand, this also indicates the sign of inter-cultural in-competency and thus the
candidates get disqualified even if there is proper match with their skill sets.
I think there are certain qualities that make it easier to judge a successful candidate. A
successful candidate is well mannered and possesses in-depth knowledge of a particular
subject. Moreover, there is consistency in his/her speech and such candidates are likely to
perform in a much better way than others.
The advice that I can provide others who are preparing for their interview is to dress well
and carry out a proper research of the hiring company before appearing for the interview
process. The questions should be anticipated in such a way that there is a coherent response
