Business strategies are the most integrated part of organization which requires some strategic
lenses and its evaluation into the entrepreneurship. The three business strategic lenses are
political cultural and strategic. All the three lenses have different approaches which could be
used in the organization (Anwar, Azis, M. and Ruma, 2019). This essay is going to conduct the
strategic lens. The purpose of the essay is to critically analyse the strategic lenses that an
organization could avail during business strategy. As these lenses and approaches are necessary
to form rational thinking of philosophy and make logical analysis and evaluation.
MAIN BODY

The business foundation has mainly three lenses that are political cultural and strategic Alliance.
this lens provide the prospective and forces that affect the business organisation. The
organisation things that they are working in two fruitful manners in their own perspective but
there are other external forces and lens that impact on their success. If put emphasis on political
lens belongs to the power and responsibility hold by individuals in order to get the work done.

through which other employees and individuals get the training and orders. These powers are
mainly influence on organisation by choosing the individuals for promotion, taking everyone's
capabilities and potential, analyse the performance of individuals who give good decisions and
take initiative into organisational programs. Also, it analyse who are the true members of the
organisation in the tough times of company. So that it evaluate the need for powers at a multiple
department of Organisation in order to attempt change. Every individual holds a power into their
hand while walking into an organisation (Anwar, 2018). Along with this the cultural lens shows
the aspects of communication and relationship of under entrepreneurial culture. The members
and employees of organisation are belonging to different background and interest which holds

the discovery of experiments which will be suitable to provide learning to the students. Also so
they are fulfilling their target of gaining profit and attracting other students and faculty. The

time to be potential and effective in working as the organisations working into dynamic
environment which require prompt decisions and with solutions of customer problem. So that,
the much risk care and unproductive the environment will be, the more frequent and effective
decisions are required in order to accomplish the statistical target. The approach of strategic
plans are always surrounded with many external factors that could influence on its success for
that first it is necessary to act according to the situations of environment and political concerns
that could deliberately impact on strategic decisions and lead it to downward growth.
The strategic lenses are firmly made for providing business success in a fruitful manner.
Many entrepreneurial ventures are undertaking high growth and superficial brand name into the
market. It has truly said that the strategies are the essence of organisation which maintains the
workflow and coordination into organisational structure. Therefore, the structure and processes
are play important role entrepreneurial Ventures which define how the work should be done,
how it relates from past performance and maintain the most essential key performance indicators
so that the decisions will be innovative and effective (Lederer, Kurz, and Lazarov, 2017). By
preparing regular data and check on performance reviews is somehow what the organisation
want from the manager who you look towards them and ready to make from changes so that the
organisation would not suffer any unpredictable risk and uncertainty into large competitive

length or approach works in a deliberative manager in the organisation so that they could achieve
their targets before the deadlines. The main criteria behind strategic Alliance is not only to
achieve organisational goals by giving target and task but also it evaluate the internal
competency of organisation through focusing on the right person and who are eligible to hold a
responsible position. It is necessary to identify an appropriate performance check which can
clearly show who has the potential to take right decision and who does not actively fit for
initiatives and change into organisation. The example will carry on towards Amazon and Tesco
as both the companies come under largest retailers into the world. They maintain a proper
organisational chart and follow the strategic plans approach in order to build a powerful business
strategy to get success through a sustainable business, achieve profitability, ensuring right
promotions and this roles and responsibility. All these functions are necessary to look while
taking any business decisions.
Mainly the large organisation requires an innovative strategy and approach with

business organisation is highly in requirement of Technology as well as globalisation to ascertain
their growth and existence for long-term into market. As the competitions are rising rapidly and
corruption touch the height (Sukhari, and De Villiers, 2019). So that, it is necessary to undertake
all the internal and external factors of organisation that could influence on the culture politics

mindful and thinking of the managers who to create the strategies. As the growth and success of
