Political factors refer to the factors which impacted by the policies and regulation of the
government in the country the organization is working or want to work. Political factors are the
necessary policies and the guidelines which the organization needs to follow to increase the
working with better resources and legal. It includes the minimum wage low Known by The Fair
Labour Standard Act (FLSA) of the drivers which UBER need to make sure that they provide to
their workers according to the policies of the country. Political factors can make a huge impact
